Moving Monday

Where are you feeling your baby's movements? or, how are things going with your new little one?

This morning wee dude is pushing up on my ribs and it really hurts. I also get movemnts around my hip bones, especially my left hip. Thinking he must have an arm or shoulder over there. I'm going to ask my OB to see what is where tomorrow at my ultrasound. Wee dude has been head down since the beginning, so I know that its his feet in my ribs and upper body down below .

Not feeling much last night and this morning. Zoe is currently transverse with her back facing out. Won't exactly say this is comfortable. Blum 3

i feel her moving higher on my right side (not quite my ribs although i think i felt 1 or 2 jabs in the rib for the first time yesterday) and some days i feel her on my lower left hip, which makes me laugh! lately i've been seeing/feeling a lot of random movements all over the belly too though. i think she's still breech, as of 2 weeks ago according to doc she was - i have another appointment tomorrow so we'll see! Oh goodness, I'm feeling my little guy ALL OVER. It's hard to be comfortable these days since he's kicking up by my ribs, and his arms and legs are on my left side a lot, so there's a lot of movement over there and he's punching down low, too. So yeah, all over the place and it takes my breath away sometimes!!

I call that "octopus baby." Octopus baby struck last week before my appt and she settled transverse. And hasn't moved since! Before that she was octopus baby everyday, multiple times a day, for a week. Never could figure out how she was then!

This baby is all over the place! He was pretty much head down for awhile, but now he seems to be moving from position to position every day! Yesterday he was transverse(again) and this morning he was head down. I can't really tell what position he's in now... I think he's still head down. I wish he would just stick that way!

Ugh I am sure he was like this the other day too and it was by far the most uncomfortable I have felt so far in the pregnancy. No matter what I did it felt like he was pushing all his might on my tummy and stretching it out. I couldn't even really catch my breath at times because he felt so high in my ribs. I kept getting on my hands and knees to try and move him, but no luck. He must have moved when I was sleeping that night.

I feel this one's little hand and face movements on my left hip bone and his bum is stuck up under my right side ribs.

I usually feel kicks either in my right side or up under my ribs. He seems to settle into the transverse position which is actually more comfortable for me, but I am starting to get nervous and trying to encourage him to get head down more frequently...

Almost everything is on the right side... the stonger pushes and kicks are up near my ribs so I'm going to say he's locked and loaded and ready to go... and even though it doesn't matter with the c-section, the doctor said its good to know since you are expecting a head and you pull out a leg instead.
