Thread: Poo question...

Having had 3 other kids you would think I would know what is going on with Kellen's bm's. Today he has been pooping ALL day. I swear, I no sooner change his diaper than he poops again. Through out the day it has slowly gone from the normal yellow to a green color.. almost looks like peas (sorry, just trying to give you a visual.

Lately he has been a 1 or 2 time a day pooper, but it has gotten to the point that I have lost track of how many times he has pooped today. It doesn't seem to be diarrhea... but the amount of what is in his diaper has gotten less and like I said the color has changed.

Any ideas of what is causing this??? He doesn't seem un happy, hes his usual happy self that hes been lately for the most part. I just dont get whats going on with his bum

Green can be a variation of normal. IIRC you're BFing. It can also mean too much fore milk. Is it frothy at all? Is he gassy at all?

Its been better today. Though, hes still going more often... and has slowly gone from yellow to greenish through out the day again. I wouldnt say it looks frothy... more like green beans. I'm wondering if its a viral thing???

If he's not having issues and there's still yellow at times I wouldn't worry about it since it is a variation of normal.
