What time do you go for your U/S? I know you were the last person to have your ultrasound on this board so I can't wait to hear boy or girl! We will have our final count until the surprise babies are born in November.
2 pm Central time so couple hours. (And I will not be so happy if the Doc is out in a different city at the hospital where they now deliver babies and I have to reschedule, knock on wood). But I am going with girl even though I would not care either way and have a boy name picked out.
I am so glad you guys will chat with me even though my technical due date is in Dec.I am trying to decide if I will keep my husband in suspense for a couple hours since I am going alone

Update: Sorry I could not post last night. The appointment was dissapointing and I ate my dissapointment in pizza last night. We don't know! Placenta is really low (but not quite placenta previa) and posterior and baby is in a weird breech position and didn't get good pictures other than a eye/ partial face really. No good profile picture but I don’t know how hard doc was trying to get one. Because of the placenta, we need to go back in in 2-3 weeks for another ultrasound to see if the placenta moves up some and hopefully baby changes position. Position of "little fart" and placenta explains earlier spotting this month and some low pain the last month. As most of you know the placenta will usually move up so hopefully that is the case. They actually did both types of ultrasound to check...no luck. I didn't think to roll to my side since the baby was active. I was just trying to get a good look a tthe baby.
I think the nurse actually plugged the wrong due date by a couple days into the ultrasound machine though, so I need to mention that to the doc the next time I go in.
So we are still a surprise.![]()
Oh boo!!! ((hugs)) with my son they spent almost 2 hours doing the u/s because he was being so stubborn and they just wouldn't give it up and tell me to come back another day. Wish they had! I was at a military hospital then, so my husband wasn't allowed in the room for the majority of the time and I wasn't able to see the screen till the last 5 minutes (when my husband was finally allowed to join me). It was pregnant mom torture.![]()

Oh that stinks!Well, hopefully, next time they will be able to see the little booger and find out the sex. I had to come back for a another u/s with my first DS because he curled up in a tight ball and they couldn't get any of the measurements they needed. I didn't get to find out the sex either. I was sooooo bummed when I left. All that build up for nothing. BUT the bright side is that most likely you will find out next time and get to see your baby again.
