    Default Scared/Excited/SCARED

My old name wouldn't allow me to check in so I've got to go back to Missy on that one. Hi I'm Erin. I'm 35 years old. I'm a mom to one of the first 2007 babies on here. I was known as Honey3.14. My son Patrick is five now. I'm not quite sure where the last five years went. Anyways, I started suspecting a week ago that I may actually be pregnant. Took a test tonight. Yep. It's positive. I haven't told my husband yet. I haven't told anyone but my closest friends. My husband is obviously, not home. Not sure how I'm going to tell him as we weren't trying. Not sure we were done, but definitely not trying. But that test is pretty clear. Two very dark lines within a matter of seconds. I think I'm somewhere between six and seven weeks... not sure. My first cycle day was Feb. 21.
Anyways, I'm excited but mostly scared. We just bought our first house (Yeah for being out of a teensy tiny condo) and I was just about to be rid of daycare costs. I work full time at a law office. I was hoping to be saving up some money but obviously that wont be happening any time soon. I don't have a car. I carpool a lot and borrow my husbands car at every available opportunity. I was hoping to have one before we decided to have another baby but God had other plans. So here I am.... A BTDT mom, just as scared and excited as the first timers.

Erin! Congratulations! I'm so very excited for you and your family!

I took a quick peek at your account and definitely can help you. Drop me a note at missyj@pregnancy.org. You can either reinstate the old account or keep the new one and merge all your stats over. Let me know which account you'd prefer to keep and the email address that you'd like to have associated with it.

    Take care!

Hi Erin! I remember you from January '07 and TOC. Congratulations! The timing may not feel perfect, but once the new baby arrives, you won't be able to imagine it any other way. Have a HH9M!

Hi Amy. Long time no see. How have you been?
Well last night he woke me up when he got in. I told him I had something to tell him and while I'd hoped for something a little more like the lines of our first child, I'm pregnant got blurted out. With Patrick I made him put his hands on my belly and tell me he loved me. Hahaha. He was very planned very wanted and we never ever thought it would really happen. So the fact that this happened wihtout trying, kind of a shock. But he is VERY happy about it. I've been rotating today between ah... we're gonna have another baby and Holy Crap, we're gonna have another BABY! LOL. We'll be busy but I've no doubt it'll be awesome. At least Patrick will be old enough to help me with some things, aka picking up toys, watching his brother (or sister?) while I'm in the shower, good stuff like that.

I told my friend Amie last night who promptly asked if she could tell her mom. Her mom is bff with mine. Um, NO. No way, no how. Not till I've been to the doctors and know exactly how far along I am for sure and make sure theres a heartbeat. I know they say every pregnancy is different, well I can definitely vouch for that. This one is nothing like my previous one. From the start, I was sick every day, sometimes all day,and always hungry, but never tired, and my breasts never hurt. This one my brests are attempting to kill me, I'm exhausted and just the teensiest bit nauseated. I wake up hungry but I eat just the tiniest bit, I'm full and I'm not hungry again for hours.

Welcome back to pg.org! They did some forum and website changes the past few months and if all the required fields in profiles weren't filled out people got locked out and dumped sadly by the program (no one wanted it to happen, just the way things were written from what I gather).
Glad to hear your husband is happy despite the shock!

I'm working on Erin's account now. While the new security in the website did lock those out with incomplete profiles, all the old accounts do still exist. If anyone has this same issue simply drop me a note at missyj@pregnancy.org for assistance!
