So today I totally stocked up at the grocery store. Lol. I've discovered the secret (so far) to getting rid of nausea is just to eat every 2 hours or so. So I got jello and applesauce and string cheese and apples that dip into yogurt and carrots with ranch, etc, etc. I've been eating like this since a few days after I found out I was pregnant because I've been so hungry and I'm short so I'm trying so hard not to gain weight. I was so worried I'd already gained some because my belly looks big but I weighed this weekend and I've lost 5 pounds. Lol. I think it's from eating the way I've been eating. It should be speeding up my metabolism and also keeping something in me all of the time that my body can use which is working great. It does get old having to eat so often but I'm keeping all the bad things out of the house and all the good things in. But yeah...going to the grocery store now is a different experience. I wanted EVERYTHING! Lol. How is everyone else doing with their eating and is it helping manage nausea?
