I have an U/S tomorrow. At my last appt they did a vaginal u/s. and she could barely find anything but the lining. She thought either I was earlier then expected or something was happening. So I had my hcg levels checked and they were at 90,000 and 2 days later at 101,000-almost 102. So I have to go to the radilogist tomorrow for a scan doen there and have to drink the 30oz of water! Ay!! Remember those too well! Please keep your fingers crossed all is ok. I still have all the symptoms, lots of nausea and the boobs are just ginormous and painful!!! And headache city lately and can't stop eating! Praying for a good outcome. Thanks ladies!
Thanks Ladies, well, being she was a radilogist she stayed totally quiet. All she answered was when I asked, "Doyou see anything ?" and she replied, "Yes I see something but I am not allowed to tell you anything." So that was as far as I got. Errrrr. How annoying. I know nothing of the heart beat, how big, nada, zilch. So waiting for my doc to respond. Hope all is ok. She did have me hold my breath 3 different times. Not sure if she was trying to find a heartbeat or what that was about. I'll update again when I know something. But the lady did surprise me with a picture!

They typically just have you hold your breath so they can take clear pictures. My RE didn't do that but any time I've had any other kind of u/s with a tech or a radiologist before they always do that. Might depend on the type of u/s machine they have too. I'm not sure. I agree that from what I see everything looks fine (not that I'm an expert or anything). My poor doc didn't even get a chance to say anything about the hb before I said "Omg is that the hb?" Lol. And he doesn't just sit there quietly either. I was super eager. I sure hope your doctor calls back soon. I know you just can't stand waiting to hear. I'd be going nuts right now. Giant hugs to you sweetie!
That stinks that she couldn't tell you anything. I had that experience with my DS at his anatomy scan. They had me laying there with a full bladder for an hour where I couldn't see a darn thing. My husband wasn't allowed in the room either. After that hour he was panicking in that waiting room! Everything was fine but they couldn't tell me or show me anything until a doctor saw. ((hugs))
