Update

I know it's been ages since I posted an update here. Sorry! And I haven't been online much to comment on most posts, either. I do read what I can, even if I don't have time to post a reply to all of your threads. Smile

Anyway, here's what I've been up to lately:  Haha, seriously. I've been taking so many naps lately, I'm starting to wonder if I'm anemic. Some days I'm ready for a nap at 9am.

Two other things of note:

1) I've been having a ton of Braxton-Hicks recently. Twice they've been every 4-5 minutes for two hours straight. It was really scary the first time... I thought I'd have to go into the hospital for sure, but they stopped after two hours and all was fine. Also, at my recent ultrasound my cervix was nice and closed and long, which was a relief.

2) Speaking of that ultrasound, my placenta has moved. Yay! But the baby was measuring on the small side (well under 25% for all measurements, and under 5% for some of them). The Dr isn't worried - DD was born at 6 lbs at 39.4 weeks, and she's always been on the small side on the charts, too. But he said he would be a negligent doctor if he didn't see me for a follow-up. So... I'm scheduled for yet another ultrasound in a few weeks.

Other than that, it's just been a lot of me being way too sleepy to get anything done, and taking 1-2 naps a day while DD doesn't take any. That's tons of fun, let me tell you. At least, it's fun for DD. Not so much fun for me to wake up and realize all the things she's gotten into while I was sleeping. Wink

Whew! Glad to hear your cervix is nice and long and closed! All those BH sound stressful! I'm glad that your Dr is erring on the side of caution with a follow up U/S to check on growth, just in case.
