I really really like this crib! I am thinking we will go with this one for sure! Def a space saver and I like how it becomes a toddler bed too!
that's really cute! I don't think we'll need another crib, but I bookmarked it just in case.

Amber, did you use a crib with Erykah? I'm considering skipping a crib altogether this time and go for a play yard. That one you linked up if freaking cute though!!

That is a super cute crib indeed! Just an FYI though, I know my friend hated having the attached changer on the side because her boy starting climbing onto it straight out of his crib before he even turned one and they couldnt use it anymore. They got a stand alone crib and were able to use it for another year because he didnt have anywhere to go (but straight down) if he tried to climb out of his crib. Just something to think about!

Lori- Thats the reason I dont want one with an attached changer. It was hard enough to keep DS from climbing out of his crib and it was really tall, but he was a climb in/outter since he was about a year old!
Plus, i was kinda thinking that after they grow out of the crib part, it'd be nice to still have a table. to use to store stuff, so IDK if that would detach and stand alone, or have to get a new table type thing.
I ended up kind of making my own changing table last time around, because BRU never could get the one I wanted in, so I used a bookshelf (the shorter two shelf kind) and then I hammered some nails on the top, attached a changing table pad, put diapers/wipes and stuff in baskets on the shelf, and then attached teh diaper stacker to the side- it worked great, was SOO much cheaper, and then after he grew out of the table we had a shelf for his room!
I think next time I'll get a big dresser, and just put a pad on that, so we can reuse the dresser when he grows out of the changing table part.
I'm trying to be a lot "better" this time around and get stuff that will last- I spend WAAYYYY too much money on matching nursery items, decorations, blah blah, and then after he grew out of the baby stage, it all went to waste... hopefully I wont let my crazy preg hormones go out of control with spending this time![]()
None of my kids nor my step daughter ever really tried to climb out of their cribs and I try to transition to a toddler bed as soon as I can tell they are ready. That is def some food for thought tho! I dont have a lot of extra room in the house so the attached changing table is really my only option if I want one with time around.
