I am getting a little nervous. We seriously have NOTHING! DS is 6 years old and so I got rid of all his stuff over the years. I only have a big rubber-made tub of his baby clothes up to 12 months and that is it. So if we have a boy, then at least we have clothes, but if we have a girl then we seriously have nothing. I guess I am going to start making some big purchases like furniture soon. I would feel better to at least have that in the nursery! Or even a box of pampers at this point.
We have a crib, swing, bassinet, and high chair. I have a few little clothes, but not much at all! I know that we will eventually get some more stuff but it does make me nervous!
Don't worry. We gave away all of our stuff as well. They don't need much at the beginning and you'll be able to stock up over the months. I've only gotten white onsies (sp?) and socks, once we find out the sex I'll just buy a bunch of newborn sleepers.
We actually gave away our car seat the week before we found out we were expecting. My DD is even still in our crib, so this little one will room with DH and I for a little longer than our others did, but it will be ok. We're hoping to buy a new house in the spring and then I'll have to worry about setting up a room and getting furniture.
We are also in the same boat, DD is 4 so it's been a long time, we do have a crib and baby capsule though. We have already bought a swing and a change table which matches the cot we already have. I'm not going to go over board this time, I found I bought a lot of stuff we didnt need last time.
I have everything from DS still. I've bought maybe 10 little girl dresses that I've found on clearance at various places. Oh and I bought her quilt - came in yesterday!
My best friend gave me her newborn cloth diapers, so I don't even have to buy a single diaper (but will totally buy a new cute cover at least lol).
The nursery is already set up because DS is in it still. Just needs redecorating. She'll use his bouncer, swing, infant car seat, etc. I just need to get them out of the moving boxes and check everything over.
There's a possibility of us moving in December. If that happens, we'll just keep diapers and clothes on us really. Baby will cosleep with us and I baby wear, so don't need much really. Besides, you've got plenty of time to accomplish everything! I didn't buy a single piece of furniture till 3rd tri with DS.
We haven't bought anything, but I'm not really sure we're going to buy anything. My sister has an 18mo boy, and we still have everything from DD. We don't really need anything. We have baby soap, we have cloth diapers, we have a co-sleeper... I just can't imagine what there would be to buy.
I do know I'm very lucky not to have to worry about that. It must be a bit nerve-wracking not to have anything. :-/

I found a new car seat at a garage sale (in really good condition, only was used for a couple of months, had all the papers etc... actually the same one my sister bought when she was prego last year). I also have been slowly buying little things... receiving blankets, some clothes, a changing table, portable bassinet, and a few other things via garage sales... I just cant see buying everything brand new when you can get things in good condition used... for a fraction of the price. I had gotten rid of a lot of stuff after DD because she was going to be our last... oops. DD just got out of the crib and into a toddler bed. But, the baby probably wont be in it till around this time next year... depending on sleep schedules and what not. Not sure who will end up in a room with who... all depends on the kids, and if this is a boy or a girl. My sister has all of the baby clothes, so I am going up this weekend to go through the boxes and pull out what I will need
We already have everything we need from the previous 4, except a swing. Ours died, but we never really used it a ton anyway. I'm a babywearer too.
I bought tons of fabric to make a couple quilts, and I'm hoping to make most of his clothes since we have practically nothing from DS who is 9! I've got one outfit made, it's so itty bitty and CUTE!! I just need some energy to make more, they really don't take long to make I'm just exhausted by the time I get the kids in bed!
I need to make some diapers too, since the stash I made years ago is mostly girl.

Even though DS is 5, I am thankful to be a pack rat in this very rare case. We have mostly everything of his still that wasn't destroyed by him (though I did sell off a few things; car seats - so they wouldn't expire, highchair, crib mattress, and some toys). We currently have our bouncer, swing, jumperoo, Britax Roundabout Stroller, clothing up to 5T, diaper genie II, Crib (though I'm waiting on the immobilization kit to come because it's a drop side - we may just end up buying a new one), changing table pad, burp clothes, breast pump, blankets, etc.
I'm not very stressed about getting what I need, like some of the others said I really felt like I bought waaaay to much useless items last time and I learned my lesson. All we need are some fall/winter 0-3m clothes (since DS was born in the spring, all of his 0-3 stuff is spring/fall), spring 3-6m clothing, the car seat, crib mattress, high chair, diapers, and spare bottles in case BFing doesn't go as planned.
I usually go to the Just Between Friends consignment sales to get my items so I won't be buying anything (with the exception of bottles, I won't be buying those used) until at least Sept or Oct.
I don't need to buy much. Just clothes. This is our first winter baby!
I hit the clearance at carters last week and got about fifteen NB and 3-6mo winter outfits. I'll probably just pick up the other little things along the way. Diapers and wipes, nursing supplies, toiletries, and a few more clothes.
