Tonight we are having homemade meatball subs. If I would have thought about it while at the store earlier, I would have gotten stuff to make grilled pork chops and grilled corn on the cob. now THAT sounds yummy!
Rotisserie chicken (pre-made from the grocery store) and roasted brussels sprouts (dump the bag into the pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and bake for an hour). Dessert was cereal and milk. Nothing like an easy, no-frills meal to get you through the first trimester.![]()
We'll probably have oncor chicken parmesan and whole wheat penne with spaghetti sauce, I spent all day baking brownies and lasagna for my best friend since her grandma passed away last night so nothing too elaborate for us. Oddly enough today has been the first day in the last week I haven't spent the entire day nauseated and/or throwing up. Also we have to have a fast/early dinner tonight because DS has tee ball practice! Last night we had chicken enchiladas with mexican rice, that was yummy!
And grilled corn on the cob and pork chops sounds delicious!
Last night we had red beans and rice with sausage. Tonight we're having black bean spinach enchiladas in green chile cream sauce.

Last night my hubby made Chicken wraps... had to have tomato and ranch on it to eat it, but it was good. I have a really hard time thinking about food right now... nothing is sounding good. I'm thinking of calling the clinic... my MS is just getting worse instead of better. I keep throwing up stomach acid and today it was tinged with pinkTMI I know, just frustrated that I cant seem to get past this shtuff...
hi ladies! it's been so long since i've posted, i took a bit of a hiatus!
im happy to see a lot of you aren't having the same 'dinner dilemma' my DH and i are having, my appetite is so off that i never plan my dinners and we stare at each other for like a half hour before we settle on something!!!
i have a major aversion to poultry.
I made a 3lb meatloaf, mashed potatoes, shells n cheese, and peas! It was delish! I can handle baking meat so much better than cooking it on the stove top! My hubby is a big meat man, so over half of the meatloaf was gone! My kids like their meat too!
Tonight I'm making guiltless alfredo sauce, whole wheat penne, leftover rotisserie chicken and roasted asparagus. Asparagus was on super sale, so that spurred me to cook tonight!
