Thread: Zoe's room!

Finally took some (pretty crappy) pictures of her room and posted them on my lodge. Warning the pics are big cause photobucket doesn't like me right now.

So so cute! Are the fabric squares cork board underneath? I think I will do something like that for Cricket after he is born...

Yep, those are cork boards! I bought the 4 pack for $5 from Walmart and glued two back to back to make them thicker (they're super thin alone). Then wrapped with fabric using a staple gun. Since the wall paint here is truly cheap and awful, I put a picture hanger on the back to hang them. I wish I had done something like this for my son when he was a baby.

Very cute! You've done well without being able to paint, we can't paint here either since it's a rental but I doubt I'd be able to be nearly as creative as you have been!

This is the 5th place I've lived since getting married and they've all had white walls. I've learned to get creative quickly along the way for my sanity! One house had white walls, white tile floors, and white ceilings. I felt like I was living in an institution that first month.

Nice job! You have so many little details and it looks GREAT!
