Thread: 2 month checkup

Sophia had her 2 month checkup yesterday. She weighs 10 lbs. 7 oz. She is in the 50th percentile for weight, 25th percentile for head circumference, and 10th percentile for height. Doctor said that she is as strong as a 4 month old. She is almost sitting up by herself! Probably will be sitting up all by herself in the next month or two. She needs to just slow down!!

I'm going back to work on Monday. We went by the daycare so I could meet her 'teacher' and drop off her diapers and wipes. I'm excited about getting back to my regular routine, but I am so going to miss my baby girl. Wish I could take her with me!!

How are our babies already getting to the 2 month mark???? And I am happy she is doing well. Alli's 2 month is Dec 1st.

Good appt! Sounds like she is doing better! Nicholas is strong too, and can pretty much get himself in a sitting position. Are you going to use a bumbo seat? I wonder when is the earliest you can use one?
Good luck with going back to work. I would love to get on a routine too but it looks like I won't anytime soon!

I put her in DS bumbo which we never used since he hated it. She doesn't like it that much either, but um going to try it out again in another month. He chunky thighs always get stuck in it. LOL!

I'm so happy she's doing so well! And such a strong little thing!
