dislike baby hiccups

Baby A usually gets the hiccups once a night (has them now) and I don't think she likes them. She has been so calm for an hour, hiccups start and now she is going nuts, and it hurts!!!

The amazing part though is has her back pressed far out and I can see the practice breathing!!!!

Caleb gets the hiccups nightly too. It can get hard to sleep with a constant rhythmic thumping in your crotch:p. It's so fun to see them practice breathing unfortunately it's so uncomfortable to have them pushed out like that while they do it!

With DD, I never experience hiccups! With this LO, he gets them a couple times a week. It's a really strange sensation!

This one doesn't get the hiccups anywhere near as often as dd did, but they are way more uncomfortable with her head pressed up against my pubic bone.

I hadn't even thought about hiccups until you mentioned it. I had them all the time with DD, but haven't had them yet this pregnancy.

My child gets the hiccups 3-4 times a day. It is quite strange to feel hiccups in places you never thought you would.

I'd say my LO gets them almost daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day. It was cute at first. Now it's just uncomfortable and keeps me awake. They usually last 30-45 min. and like earlier mentioned, they are felt in the most ODD places Smile

This is me too! It doesn't keep me awake at night thankfully.

Sophia got hiccups all the time in my tummy. At least 3 times a day and she has them all the time now. I guess they don't grow out of it once they are born. Smile

Same issue

David gets them at least once a day. When he does, he obviously gets totally po'd. His movements become very violent and quick. At moments like those, I wish he was on the outside of me so that I could comfort him more easily.
