Thread: House pictures! (EXTREMELY pic heavy)

Front of house:

Still deciding what to do with our wall decor, so nothing is up anywhere yet lol




Back yard:
DH with our jack russell and yellow lab, standing towards the back of the yard, to give an idea of the size of it.


Savannah's room:
So the furniture (bed, dresser, nightstand) will stay. But I'm painting the walls blue, putting a white bedspread on the bed, changing the curtains, and putting up some pictures on the walls.




Owen's room:
Thinking the walls will stay the same color, doing a vintage surfing theme, and the bedding isn't on yet (it's just a blue fitted sheet right now lol)


Bonus room:
My FAVORITE room in the house! Above the garage, and I could not care less how messy DD lets this room get because it's totally secluded from the rest of the house! No more toys overtaking my living room! WOO HOO!

House looks great! I love seeing house pictures. The yard is amazing and I LOVE TN. Don't feel bad about the walls. I've been in this house 4 full months now and only have about 3 things on the walls. I have a hard time making those decisions! Drives DH totally nuts!
Congrats on getting there in one piece. Def love the bonus room. It's how we use our finished basememnt. It's so nice not to have toys all over the living room.

I seriously love having that bonus room. Plus it's going to double as our guest room. Going to put a sleeper sofa up there eventually. I actually need to look into that and see where I can get the best deal.

I'm just so proud of the fact that the house went from being COMPLETELY empty on Friday morning to looking like this on Sunday afternoon I can't wait to get everything really decorated. I have a hard time making decisions about where to put things on the wall too.

Your house looks awesome! I love the hardwood floors, and the colors on the walls in most of the rooms are already nice. The house had great curb appeal, too. What a wonderful place to have! I wish we had a bonus room.. but we're finishing a portion of our huge unfinished basement to be our toy room

Thanks guys I am so happy about the house. We're just renting but if we decide to buy, I'm going to see if the owner would be willing to sell it to us. It's a 3 bed 2 bath house and the owners are military and have 3 kids and the husbands mom (she and her husband are the ones who showed us the house.. super sweet older couple) but the mom kept saying how they ought to sell the house because they'd outgrown it. Man it'd be nice to buy a house and not have to move
