My baby started Kindergarten today! It seems just like yesterday I was pregnant with him and awaiting his arrival. I didn't cry when we dropped him off, but I couldn't stop it when I got home. I'm such a crybaby!! LOL!
Here's my baby ready for his 1st day!
I know how you feel.....school started here today also and my youngest started ALL DAY pre-k.........he will be 4 in Nov. Anyway I got him to his classroom and got ready to leave and looked back at him and he was all teary eyed so I went out to the truck and bawled my eyes out.

Awe!! DH and I watched through the window and he just sat there coloring. I'm so happy that we put him in daycare at a young age. I think that really helped with any separation anxiety. Of course, its all new right now so he may be clinging to me and crying when the newness wears off!
I wore my sunglasses just in case I needed to hide any tears!
He's so handsome!!! I bet he's going to have so much fun!
OMG DS#1 is moving up next week from the 3 year old room to the 4 year old room at daycare and I've already started crying .... that's what Mom's are supposed to do. I can't believe you didn't cry when you dropped him off - I'd be a mess!
I saw other mom's crying and I almost lost it, but I just held the tears back the best I could. I actually started getting teary eyed when we first pulled up in the parking lot so I thought for sure that I was going to lose it as soon we walked to the classroom. I think I shocked myself. I just keep looking at the clock thinking about what he is doing right now. He will be having lunch in 30 minutes....in the cafeteria!!! Crazy that it's the same cafeteria that I ate lunch in when I was a child. That just makes it even more special to me.
Awww he is so handsome! You did great holding it together until you were in the parking lot. I'm sure he's having a blast!
