I guess mine really isn't an item, but my splurge purchase would have to be the birth photography I decided to do. The cost of that is more expensive than any of the baby items I registered for or even more expensive than her crib! I hope I'm not disappointed!

I would really love to have a glider that locks, but I don't think hubby and I are going to be able to swing that....maybe the family will surprise us!
Haven't decided 100% what my splurge item will be, there isn't a lot that we need, since dd is only 15 months we still have everything, and what we don't have is a need, not a splurge, for example a double stroller (I don't drive myself or else we'd stick with the single stroller and a carrier). Maybe a great diaper bag will be my splurge.

My October Space
Well thanks to Anita... I think I'm gonna get a JuJuBe diaper bag lol. I have been planning it since the first thread on them . I love my coach one but it isn't big enough now for day trips out with only 2. I usually end up bringing that and another bag. How practical is it to carry around 2 bags? I just can't decide between the BFF and the Be Prepared.
