My little guy is here!!!

Well, I went fir my appt on tues. And my OB decided between the baby's size and my lack of progress, that he wasn't comfortable waiting until next week. He immediately scheduled the c/s for Thursday. I wasn't happy about it but by yesterday I was eager to meet my little man.

Christopher Allan jr (we are goingto call him CJ) was born yesterday, 10/6, at 11:22 a.m, weighing 8lbs 6oz and inches long. He came out screaming, with a full head of curly hair. He looks just like Brandon when he was born.

The recovery is going better than last time. I'm moving around well, passing gas, all that fun stuff. The c/s was a much more positive experience this time around...the hospital and staff have all been great. Didn't get much sleep last night though...he has his days and nights mixed up and he wants to be on or near my boobs at all times. Brandon seems to like his new brother but the crying, not so much lol. We expect to go home Monday, maybe Sunday. I'll update more later when I get a chance.

Congradulations, Lenora! Christopher is a cutie! We have something in common as we both have "CJ's"! (My four are KJ, CJ, JJ, and SJ...and soon to be DJ!). My CJ is a Christopher as well!

So glad you and baby are doing well! Congrats again!

Congrats! I know you really wanted that VBAC, but glad that the csection was a better experience this time for you. Look at all that hair! What a cutie!
