Anyone having trouble getting to sleep at night because your heart is pounding? I know that our hearts are pumping more blood, but I could actually feel it through my teeth last night and now I have a terrible headache that I cannot get rid of! Don't know if the headache is related, but this sucks!
I think it's not only blood volume but also hormones. I get this once in awhile. Are you drinking caffeine within 6 hours before bed? I think sometimes that can aggravate it.
yes! everynight night when I lay down to sleep, it rattles my ears! I hope is doesnt last the next 6 months.

the weird thing about hearing your heart pounding is that it doesn't mean your heart is beating faster than normal, the fact that you're hearing/feeling it is this odd thing that happens sometimes... aside from watching your iron intake, try to do some breathing exercises before laying down, that may also help.
