Something creepy is going on!

I came home from work and as soon as I opened the door I heard a weird noise coming from upstairs in the playroom. I realized that it was one of DS toys. It's a fish and the tail shakes back and forth, but you have to press the button down really hard to get it to turn on. It was not on when I left work this morning! Creepy! Then just a few moments ago, I'm sitting on the couch and I heard a loud bang in our laundry room. DS hears it, looks at me and tells me that he's scared. I just play it off and tell him that it was just the something in the dryer. I get up and check it out and saw that our broom fell over in the laundry room! What the heck is going on??? DH is working late and I just wish he would come home now!! LOL!

LOL! My sister said the battery is probably going dead. Never knew that the battery going dead can actually turn it on, but what do I know. DH told me that he comes home to toys on upstairs all the time. WTH!! Several years ago, my mom had bought DS one of those spring ride on horses and it would make galloping noises when he would ride on it. It used to come on all the time while we were sleeping and would freak me out! We finally had to turn the switch completely off and it finally stopped. I'm a total wimp when it comes to that stuff!

when we were stationed in Germany we lived in apartment type housing. 3 floors with 2 apartments on each floor plus a basement (and there were 3 stairwells) so 18 apartments. Anyway we all were pretty sure our building was haunted (even some of the husbands had had wierd experiences) The laundry room was in the basement and you had to UNLOCk the door to get in yet sometimes you would hear the dryers being opened and whatnot and NO ONE would be in there.. My neighbors very skeptical husband experienced the dryer thing....anyhow if I HAD to do laundry at night I was known to wake Cameron up and make him go down with me as he's no chicken...lol. There were also times when the EX was gond to the field or 24 hour duty that Id wake one of the boys up and let them sleep with me because *I* was scared...lol

Definitely creepy... now imagine experiencing that while living in the country... no neighbors, no street lights, lots & lots of trees. I have a house alarm system... otherwise I would drive myself crazy with noises. I keep everything locked up whether DH is here or not. But, to be honest... he's been known to wake me up to "check" out a noise or two on occasion. I'm from the country... he's not... I guess I'm supposed to be more used to it.

Lately, there has been a toy in DD's toy box that keeps talking when you walk near it. Freaked me out the first time... I still haven't figured out which one is doing it.

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one freaked out about stuff like this. LOL!

Oh I LOVE that stuff! I'm a firm believer that spirits come to say Hi and your first inclination is usually right and then your "rational" earthly world tries to rationalize it away. I would say some spirit just stopped by to say hi and let you know they're with you and love you!

My mom thinks it was my grandpa. Smile Since he passed away, my grandmother and mom have had weird things happen around the house. And he loved toys! LOL! In fact, DS actually inherited some toys that my grandpa collected over the years. He may have been 80 years old, but always a kid at heart.

Crazy thing is, last week, I was going through some old photo albums and came across some pics of my deceased aunt. She passed away in a car accident when she was 20 years old before I was born. My mom has always been amazed at how much I look like her sister. I asked DS if he knew who it was in the picture and he said that it's me which just proves how much I look like her. I told him that she is my aunt Sherri and then he said "oh that's the invisible lady!" Crazy! My mom and grandma were stunned when he said that.

OH I LOVE IT!!!! So sweet they want to spend time with you and your family and want to see how you're doing and they're watching over you. Luca has always talked about my grandparents and my uncle and Carlin just started looking at the ceiling and talking about "the guy" and "guy go bye bye". So interesting. I highly recommend reading Psychic Children by Sylvia Browne and Heaven is for Real is fantastic as well!

We had a 'something' in my dad's house when I was a teenager. Doors slammed, footsteps in the hallway at night, a ring flew across the room at me once and landed at my feet (it had been sitting on top of the TV in my room for WEEKS and one day I walked through my room and it came flying off the tv and landed at my feet across the room... which was a good 12-15 feet across). I named our 'something' Billy Bob. DH spent the night one time before we were married and he woke up with my bedside lamp on his chest with the base sitting right at his chin and the lamp part pointing down towards his toes. No way he put it there in his sleep or he'd have knocked stuff off the bedside table. When we tried to turn the lamp on it wouldn't come on.... the light bulb had been unscrewed.

Not until years after I moved out did my dad tell me that the previous owners had left a stone grave marker that belonged to the wife's mother under the house (the GRAVE was not under the house, but her grave stone had been damaged and they replaced it... they stuck the damaged one under the house for some reason).

Yikes! I am such a sissy when it comes to that stuff! I love to watch scary movies with DH, but afterward I usually regret it because I get too scared! And DH regrets it because he has to stay up all night with me to stand guard!
