Thread: Weekend QOTD

Do you or DH cook a big family breakfast on the weekends (pancakes, eggs, etc) or do you do something fast & simple (cereal, oatmeal, etc)?

DH does breakfast on the weekends mostly. He's really good at French toast & cheesy eggs. Sometimes we splurge & he goes out & brings breakfast back for us.

Sometimes DH will do pancakes or waffles. It would be nice to make this a tradition but we're so busy with running around on weekends if we did that we'd be stuck in the house until after nap that ends around 2-3.

We do a big family breakfast once a weekend.

We did at one time, but now it's hit and miss. Usually on Sunday since DH works half days on most Saturdays and now he'll be gone all day with harvest.
