Where is my uterus?

Still no sign of it! I go for my next check-up in a week so hopefully the midwife can show me how to find it if I'm still not feeling it by then. I'm just so impatient, especially with all you ladies and your gigantic bumps! I know, I know, it's my first, I have to wait longer Blum 3

LOL! The title of this post cracked me up! I still can't feel mine. My whole stomach feels exactly the same.

But you had such a nice bump going! So your stomach's not hard at all yet? My stomach sticks out but it's all bloat and fat!

My bump sticks out but it's not hard yet. It is a Lil firm but not like ur thinking I'm sure. It will come...and when it's here I'm sure u will notice (ie knocking things over with ur gut, not being able to roll over on it at night, the separation it creates during sex ;))

Yours is still inside your pelvis. If you push down do you feel any kind of pressure? I'm not a skinny girl by any means and I can locate mine. It's a couple inches below my belly button. I can press down in that location and feel pressure downwards. It's a pretty weird feeling... IDK How to explain it!

My whole stomach feels hard so I can't tell where my bump actually starts, but if I press down in a certain spot just below my belly buttom, there is a lot of pressure so I guess that's my uterus.

I just don't think I can reach that far down with all the fat on top lol. I'm not gigantic but all my weight is in my stomach so there's a pretty thick layer of padding to try and feel through. I can feel pressure in there at certain times or even when I lay on my stomach a certain way, but not by palpating.

I've noticed some pressure when I press the lower part of my abdomen, so I guess maybe that's it? I have no idea, I could NEVER feel it when I was pregnant with DD.

I didn't really pop till about 19-20 weeks with my first Wink

That is exactly how mine is! The top part of my stomach is more firm than the lower part. I was thinking it was probably all my insides being pushed up by my uterus. So weird!

I jst found mine this morning...Im was laying down and my stomach was empty and there was no doubt it was my uterus. Itwas pretty small still, but an inch or 2 above my pelvis. When i press on it its ery uncomfortable and is ery hard compared to the rest of my stomach. I just turned 17 weeks, so maybe you will feel it soon.

I can feel mine but it's my 3rd so I know what to look for. Like the PP said lay down and completely relax your stomach muscles. While you're laying down press into your stomach a few inches above your pubic bone. It's hard and once you press on it you get a weird pressure sensation, kind of like when you're pressing into a muscle. Which would make sense right :p. Good luck finding it!

Well I am sure it's rising higher cause the last couple days when I listened to baby with the doppler, I was able to get a distinctly louder heartbeat, as if it's closer to the doppler now. And when I was done yesterday, I put my fingers on the spot where I had found the heartbeat and I still couldn't feel much. I am just going to have to wait lol. Maybe I will ask the midwife next week to show me where it is when she examines me. I'm also hoping to find out when I can get the big ultrasound from her as well!

I have found it more noticable in the last few days. I think the reason is I have lost most of the pregnancy bloat and now have what looks like a very little baby belly vs the chub and beer belly look.

Oh my God my bloat is so bad. The top of my stomach is actually pretty firm at times from the bloat. I swear I could pass for about 6 or 7 months pregnant with how distended my stomach is from the bloat and the fat.
