Back Pain!

Is anyone else having such horrible back pain?
I don't remember it EVER getting this bad with DS- even at the very end...
It might be partially due to the fact that I work I stand/bend all day long and never sit- but I just don't feel like I'm gonna make it sometimes!!
Literally feels like stabbed in the back, and then even when I sit its stabbing in my ribs.
Today at work my eyes filled with tears and I just wanted to give up haha.
I got one of those belly/back support things and at first it seemed to help but the pain seeemed even worse today that when I took it off it kinda felt like a little bit of relief..for a few minutes...

Bleh!! If this keeps up its gonna be a lonnnngggg 18 more weeks!!!

Yep me! I don't remember it being this bad this early last time either. I agree - - it's going to be a long summer. I hope you feel better soon!

Yep. I'm going to start going to a chiropractor to see if I can find some relief. It's mostly sciatic nerve pinching for me. My tailbone hurt really bad in early pregnancy.

Mine has been surprisingly good this time, I was expecting the worst because I got really bad sciatic pain with DS2 starting at 20 weeks. I've gotten some occasional back pain and rib pain, but nothing near as bad as last time yet.

I think im gonna get esome exercise dvds and maybe those will help

Mine was really bad with sciatic pain but that hasn't acted up lately. I find I need to have a balance between standing and sitting or I either have back pain or groin pain. If I sit too long I can hardly walk from my groin hurting but if I stand too long I could crumble from back pain. Mine wasn't this bad last time either. I worked part time at a desk job and never had any problems from sitting. I chalk it up to being 34. LOL this time. LOL! And I guess the joys of pregnancy.

Sciatic is the nerve that runs down your back, butt cheek and back of your thigh. When that was acting up it would stop me in my tracks and nearly put me to the floor. I know if that's really bad you can get a cortisone shot which is really supposed to help. If that's what you're experiencing definitely talk to your Dr.!

For me my sciatic pain has always been on the right side. It starts in my lower back, spreads across the right side, wraps around my hip and finishes up down the front of my thigh. Its just a constant pain, pinching and sometimes throbbing. And nothing helps it, not heat, cold or tylenol. It sucked which is why I'm glad I haven't really had any this time. DS2 must have just been in the worst positions ever lol.

Mine is every once in a while (about 2-3 times a week) but it's very low back pain. Right above my rear-end.
