How far along are you?: Almost 9 weeks.

How are you feeling?: For the most part good. Ocassionally I feel a little naseuos but no vomiting so that's good. My sleepiness seems to be getting better. I do feel emotional from time to time as well. I talked to DH about it the other night because that day I was feeling especially blue. Just talking though it seems to have helped a little and he's been trying to do things to help as well. I read it's normal in the first tri and will hopefully subside once I hit the 2nd tri.

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: Eating small snacks often helps. Drinking a lot of water. Getting showered, dressed, and out of the house helps the emotional stuff I've been feeling. I don't fee like getting ready and doing anything but once I do I feel better.

What's your strangest symptom?: I did not experience the emotional stuff with DS. I know it's not strange but it's new to me.

Hows your DH/SO acting?: DH is very helpful and understanding. He's great!

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: We finally told everyone. I was just ready to be out with it.

What are you most looking forward to?: Feeling movement

What are you least looking forward to? Being very, very pregnant in the dead of summer.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Yes because we weren't sure how far a long I was.

When is your next appt?: Thursday I go just for a bp check.

Will you be finding out the gender?: Most likely

Anything else you want to add?: Hoping pre e stays away from me this pregnancy or at least doesn't show it's face until the very end like last time.

How far along are you?: 10 weeks today!

How are you feeling?: Better, the nausea and fatigue come and go in waves now mostly.

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: Still taking my m/s meds, just half the dose.

What's your strangest symptom?: I guess the fact that I'm able to comfortably eat dairy would be my weirdest symptom lol (I have IBS and am lactose intolerant, so most dairy is usually less than kind on me).

Hows your DH/SO acting?: Normal, I can tell that he's dying to tell people though.

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: Nope. My pg.org friends all know, and a few of DHs co-workers, and 1 friend of mine IRL knows because she was TTC too and just found out shes also pg, so I thought it'd be nice to tell her so we can share being preggo together. But we are waiting to tell family until after my next appt.

What are you most looking forward to?: Showing and feeling movement.

What are you least looking forward to?: The obvious discomforts that come later, pain, sleeplessness, sciatica, heartburn.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Nothing in depth yet, just quick ones and my u/s.

When is your next appt?: It got pushed back a week  so it isn't until Mar 28 now. 23 days away...not that I'm counting or anything.

Will you be finding out the gender?: Absolutely

Anything else you want to add?: Nope, just pissy that my appt got pushed back, I just want to hear the frickin heartbeat again so we can tell our families.

How far along are you?: 5.5 weeks (I think)

How are you feeling?: Pretty ok. Little bouts of nausea, but nothing too bad yet

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: Making sure I eat so that the nausea doesn't turn into something else, lol!

What's your strangest symptom?: hmmm...they all seem pretty normal to me

Hows your DH/SO acting?: It goes between excited and shocked.

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: A few close friends (they are people that I see every day and I have a hard time keeping anything from them). If everything goes well, we are telling family this week/weekend

How far along are you?: 8 weeks, 2 days

How are you feeling?: I have periods of nausea pretty much every day, but they seem to take up a smaller portion of my day lately than they used to. The tiredness is letting up a bit too, but there are times when I just feel like I am under water.

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: Trying to snack. Ironically, some of the things that seem to soothe my stomach are spicy foods and decaf coffee. (Thank heaven I don't have heartburn!) Tums help to some extent, and so does snacking.

What's your strangest symptom?: Even though I'm tired a lot, my body is not letting me sleep. The earlier I go to bed, the earlier I wake up. My DH let me go to bed early last night, and I ended up waking at 3:45 am and couldn't get back to sleep. It was awful.

Hows your DH/SO acting?: He's happy, but also a little bit in denial. It's hard for both of us to accept this is real after 3 consecutive losses. But I have to say, the nausea helps me in that department.

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: Besides DH, I've only told 3 of my best IRL friends and my private group on FB. My best IRL friends are very non-judgmental about the large family and were very supportive during my previous pregnancies. I'm not ready for any drama just yet.

What are you most looking forward to?: Holding the new baby in my arms and seeing what s/he looks like.

What are you least looking forward to? Getting even less sleep than I get now.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: no

When is your next appt?: I see the m/w on Thursday

Will you be finding out the gender?: I haven't decided yet. Our first was a surprise, but the other two were not.

Anything else you want to add?: I can't wait to get that first visit out of the way and tell the kids and start enjoying the pregnancy.

How far along are you?: 7 weeks

How are you feeling?: Good for the most part. Pretty tired, but a million trillion times better than I felt 2 weeks ago. Sinus infection has pretty much left the building, but I still have a nagging cough. Kind of down, emotionally. I'm just not really "excited" about the whole thing yet?????

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: when I was sick I took sudafed during the day, Benadryl at night and generic non-aspirin pain reliever.

What's your strangest symptom?: nothing yet

Hows your DH/SO acting?: He's OK. I don't think he really understands how tired I get.

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: I told me co-worker, by BFF, and my mom. He told his mom, his sister, his BFF, and the receptionist from the pre-natal specialist we saw w DD (and will be seeing again). He ran into her after having a few beers.

What are you most looking forward to?: feeling baby

What are you least looking forward to? Heartburn. I had it terrible with DD. She came out with a full head of hair though, some guess that myth is true.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Yes. This past Friday. All measured well, but the tech saw 2 subcorionic hematomas. We'll go back to see if they healed in 2 weeks. I had one with Erin too.

When is your next appt?: March 16

Will you be finding out the gender?: I was on the fence but DH said he wants to so we probably will.

Anything else you want to add?: Not really. Although I'm not too excited yet, I AM happy to be here and I hope we all have a HH9M!

How far along are you?: 6 weeks 4 days ish

How are you feeling?: Nausea- stress- tired.

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: trying to take b6, trying to eat healthier... thats about it

What's your strangest symptom?: Well I know sore BBs arent strange or anything but they're so full and huge I feel like I have breast implants and I kind of like it. haha.. it helps balance out all of the gross feelings the rest of my body has...

Hows your DH/SO acting?: So far so good, I think he's trying not to get "too excited" incase something bad happens, but he mentions the baby and has been frantically fixing up the house and preparing and saving money and such- he made me dinner/breakfast one time so far, haha, wish he would wait on me more though hahaha

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: My BFF and my other friend, also the lady I work for accidently.

What are you most looking forward to?: Feeling comfortable- having the noticable preg belly- making it past 20 weeks and finding out gender/knowing baby is OK.

What are you least looking forward to? Um the bills. And telling work. and needles.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Just a blood test @ the lab.

When is your next appt?: Friday is my intake, then a week from tomorrow is my first doc appt/U/S

Will you be finding out the gender?: Yep! Well hopefully, Brody barely cooperated.

Anything else you want to add?: I still have no insurance and im FREAKING out. IDK if I get insurance AFTER my appts if it'll cover it or if i have to pay out of pocket until then.

How far along are you?: 6 weeks

How are you feeling?: Tired and like i'm shaped like a dr. seuss character way sooner than I would like!

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: I have to make sure to eat every few hours or I really start feeling off.

What's your strangest symptom?: It isn't a strange one because it's common, but the most ANNOYING symptom is having to pee constantly. Seriously, how oh how does my body even find this much liquid to expel?

Hows your DH/SO acting?: My husband is as helpful and sweet as could be!

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: We've told our daily friends and our families, everything but a big facebook announcement and that'll be after we hear the hb.

What are you most looking forward to?: SO MUCH! I just love squishy newborns. I am especially excited to do a newborn photoshoot for my OWN baby instead of everyone else's for a change! I have such great ideas!

What are you least looking forward to? lugging around carseats again and just an overall loss of independence and mobility.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Meet and greet with the MW tomorrow and a tour of the birthcenter, then my first appt will be set probably for 9 weeks (3 weeks from now).

Will you be finding out the gender?: I love the idea of waiting, but i dont have the patience. We definitely plan on finding out.

Anything else you want to add?: Just that I'm thrilled to have a Halloween baby! I cannot wait to get past the first trimester so everything can really feel legit and I'll get a belly and feel him/her move and all of that. These first weeks are such a drag!

How far along are you?: 9 weeks.

How are you feeling?: fairly well. Pretty tired, and usually nauseous, but compared to my other pregnancys this one has been a breeze. The worst part is the expanders I have in my chest are so uncomfortable that between those and the insomnia that I always get with pregnancy make sleep soooo awful.

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: I do have zofran but only take it when I know I will get sick if I do not.

What's your strangest symptom?: My body hair is growing SO fast!

Hows your DH/SO acting?: we are both pretty shocked and in denial still. Was not expecting or even contemplating this!

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: We let the cat out of the bag after our first appointment at 8 weeks.

What are you most looking forward to?: 3 years from now. haha

What are you least looking forward to? Being huge through the desert summer.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Just one at my ob's office.

When is your next appt?: March 21st.

Will you be finding out the gender?: Definitely! As soon as possible.

Anything else you want to add?: All I want to eat is donuts and salad... the first of my pregnancys that I have REAL cravings!

How far along are you?: 5 weeks 4/5 days ( Due Nov. 1 but will be a repeat c section in Oct.)

How are you feeling?: Ok, but nausea started this weekend. Today was the worst day so far. Feeling bad at the way I look! Bloated!!!! And just feel fat and I'm barely preggo!

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: I eat small meals, like up until noon today I had some dry cereal.

What's your strangest symptom?: I cannot suck my stomach in for thelife of me!

Hows your DH/SO acting?: He has been so amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better man by my side!

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: Family, but we told MIL and asked her not to tell until we were 12 weeks, but that lasted an hour I just found out. And my coworkers ( I work in dental and have to avoid some xrays and nitrous oxide) I had to let them know.

What are you most looking forward to?: People noticing I'm pregnant and not getting fat! LOL! And actually most of all, my soon to be son or daughter!! And my kids loving on their new sibling! Can't wait to see that!

What are you least looking forward to? Losing the pregnancy weight. Gonna be hard! But I'm still training and running so hopefully that makes it easy!

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: No appts yet, lab work and a class this friday and then first OB on the 14th. Not sure if an U/s will take place or not.

When is your next appt?: See above...ooops!

Will you be finding out the gender?: Yes, DH is now undecided...he's crazy! I need to know!

Anything else you want to add?: My cravings have started very early with this one. My last 2 pregnancies were a couple weeks later. I really crave fruit salad and chocolate! And salad! And my boobs have never been this sore with my pg's. And they are humungous! Hoping I'm not an E or F by 2nd tri!

What's your strangest symptom?: Having almost no symptoms? haha compared to the symptoms I had with my son, this is a cake walk. I have sore boobs, tired, crazy dreams, & nausea but its so minor compared to last time. I would worry if I hadn't had 3 ultrasounds Smile

How are you feeling?: HORRIBLE! M/S hit me hard this week Sad

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: I just picked up Zophran (sp?) this morning and tylenol

What's your strangest symptom?: I guess its not strange but I certainly didn't have it with hailey was the extreme m/s I've developed, i can't even look at food without throwing up at this point, or drink water for that matter. And my boobs oh my gosh hurt so bad... I didn't have that problem with Hailey either.

Hows your DH/SO acting?: I don't think he really knows how to act right now because this is so different than last time. Last night I told him how sick i was feeling and he responded with "that sucks" at that point I ended up in tears bawling lol He wasn't expecting that. He apologized right away and said he was sorry. He's awesome though and he's a quick learner so he's figuring out fast this isn't the same and i'm not being over dramatic about it lol

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: Everyone. We told him parents, then my parents and then our close friends and FB world

What are you most looking forward to?: Feeling baby move. I would love to actually look pregnant also and not just fat Smile

What are you least looking forward to? Delivery and recovery. I'm a repeat c-section and i'm truly scared for it, its the one thing that almost stopped me from having another.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: Not yet 1st appt and ultrasound is Monday the 12th

When is your next appt?: 3/12

Will you be finding out the gender?: Heck yes! I so hope its a boy Smile

Anything else you want to add?: I never thought I would have m/s so bad, I always felt for the ladies that had it bad but man this stinks. Thank gosh for medicine. Oh and i'm fairly positive that even though hailey doesn't understand when I tell her about being a sister that she knows something is going on because she is so clingy to me. She's like my little shadow at this point and very cuddly with me.

I'm so late in replying to this thread.....

How far along are you?: 7w 1d

How are you feeling?: I'm really nauseous most of the time, however, it's worse at night. My heartburn is out.of.control! I have been on a prescription heartburn medication for roughly 10+ years and it's not approved to take while pregnant. I've been taking 150mg of Zantac since I got my BFP and it's not working. Sad I sure hope my doc will give me something when I go on Monday. I feel like the nausea would be bareable if I didn't have the heartburn to deal with.

If feeling bad, what are you taking/doing to help?: trying to eat healthy snacks inbetween meals to help with the nausea - - Zantac

What's your strangest symptom?: nothing strange, however, this time my symptoms are totally different than with my 1st

Hows your DH/SO acting?: He's wonderful! Excited!

Have you told anyone yet, if so, who?: Both of our parents and siblings, my BFF, 3 of my close girlfriends at work, one of DH's co-workers

What are you most looking forward to?: telling my son he's going to be a big brother, seeing the heartbeat on Monday, feeling the baby move, finding out Boy or Girl (20 wks can't get here soon enought!)

What are you least looking forward to? Being huge! I got really uncomfortable around 29-30 wks last time.

Have you had any doctor appts yet?: my first is on Monday 3/12

When is your next appt?: 3/12

Will you be finding out the gender?: Absolutely!!! Smile

Anything else you want to add?: I'm so greatful to have prg.org to and experience this journey with you ladies.
