    Default New House! (OT)

Well, we finally closed on our new house last week. This is pretty much my dream house, so I am really excited! It's an old house (built in 1920), but it has pretty much been completely updated inside (wiring, plumbing, insulation, some new windows, etc.) Now we just have to move (yuck!). I'm supposed to be packing now, but needed a little break. After this, I plan to never move again.

Here is a picture from the front. It's a picture from the listing, so those aren't our chairs. I'll share more once we get settled!

Cute!!! I love older homes. They have so much charm. I hope the move goes smoothly for you.

That is a cute house. I hope you love it. We live in a house from 1907, but some things were updated by a minimally knowledgeable do-it-yourselfer, so it needs some work. lol.

Thanks everyone! Ugh... the packing. I've pretty much done nothing but pack boxes for the last two days. We have a lot of stuff. Tomorrow all of the big stuff and all of the boxes that are packed will go. Just a little stress. To top it off, someone wants to look at our current house this weekend, so we have to try to leave it somewhat presentable. OK, I should get back at it. *sigh*

Thats a lot going on, hopefully when you get moved you can take a night to relax before all the unpacking. I actually love packing stuff but hate hate the unpacking part. I swear we probably still have a few boxes in the basement unpacked and we moved into this house almost 3 years ago. I love your front porch!
