So I was still feeling dizzy today and decided to call the doctors and told them what happened on the airplane thursday. THey yelled at me and asked me to come in right away to see if everything was going good with me and baby. I was excited because i got an ultrasound (roll in machine) and I am happy to say that the baby is looking like an actual baby now!! It was moving it's arms and legs all around. You could actually see the umbilical cord and everything. The roll in machine doesn't print pics but the doc let me take a picture of it with my phone. I will update it tonight when the kids go to bed. (kinda crappy) My BP is super high for some reason so were are just going to watch it for now.
High bp sucks. I have chronic hypertension. I developed it when pg w/ my 5th and its never gone away but it runs in my family so it's not surprising. I take labetalol for mine. I always know when my bps high I get dizzy like you described. I have to be careful not to get up super fast or the world spins. Sorty you are dealing w/ this hopefully it is short lived for you!
