What nauseates you?

I feel for all of the women of the world that have morning sickness. I hate to vomit. However, The last time I vomited was from ingesting way to much Patron'. (but it was a ton of fun before that. lmao!) I do however, get nauseated. Smells set me off....
Things that I've noticed that make me feel yucky.
Cocoa butter
Cigarette smoke
Alcohol.
and some foods but it's sporatic.

I do have a newfound love for plain iced tea.
What sets you off?
Also, Where are you guys getting your adorable tickers? I've browsed around but haven't found any that I love and I can't remember what I had before.

Meat.
Mint.
Eggs.
The dog.
Umm tons of things hahaha.

How much caff is in plain iced tea?? I've been wanting that a lot too lately but I read how there's way more caff in black tea then in like 3 sodas, ugh, I think I bought some decaff tho.

Ummm I think I got my ticker from the bump.com or something, Im not sure, when I hit enter it'll say on the ticker, and theres a few other sites like... lily..somethin.. thats where I got my old one, ummm, now I cant think haha

I hate how crackers help nausea but the thought of crackers most of the timee sounds sick to me, Sad

Anything sweet makes me feel instantly pukey. Food wise anyway I am loving pop with loads of ice. I don't drink too much of it though bc of caffeine. Fish grosses me out but that's normal it just sucks that it's lent.

Everything. But raw meet and soft foods are big time baddies for me!

There's less caffeine in tea than in cola. Green tea has less caffeine than black or orange. Red tea (rooibos) has none. The most caffeine is in coffee. Herbal tea and decaf tea have no caffeine. Decaf coffee has a small amount, and so does chocolate. A lot of herbal teas make great iced tea, especially if you add a little sugar or honey to it. I love iced mint tea. I also love iced green tea with honey.

There's not anything specific (e.g. smells) that set me off. But if I eat sweets, it makes me feel nauseous within a few minutes. Same with white starch (like bread), especially if I don't have protein with it. Interestingly, coffee with milk seems to settle my stomach. I've gotten hooked on decaf raspberry mocha lattes.

Just brushing my teeth. Don't get me wrong I still do brush but I can't brush too far back on my tongue.

I know iced tea does have a little caffine in it. But I am not to worried about it. I still have a cup of coffee when I need it. that's probably a few times a week. I prefer green tea though.

I don't drink caffeinated coffee, but I kinda got hooked on Wendy's wild berry iced tea. Mmmm! I get it half sweetened and half unsweetened b/c I can't handle all that sugar. Probably get one once or twice a week.

1. Driving in the car makes me instantly nauseous.
2. Raw meat
3. Seeing some of the food some of the guys eat at my work makes me throw up in my mouth. One guy yesterday had pig ear soup, and others will eat fish heads and other various foods. I'm not against ethnic food ( I mean, I wouldn't eat most of the food they make) , but being pregnant it really grosses me out.
4. Cigarette smoke. My dh smokes and I can always smell it on him when he finishes. YUCK.
5. Perfume type smells. My boss just refilled this air wick spritzer thing today and wow! I feel a headache coming on. I swear it sprays like every 5 freaking minutes. blah. Our office is pretty small and the door is always closed, so I just feel boxed in with this smell.

Chicken makes me ill....or eating anything liquidy in the morning...yesterday I had cheerios and a cup of tea, and threw up in the car while dh was driving me to work. Luckily there was an empty lego container in the car to puke into. So gross.

Is this strange? I'm not nauseated by smells or tastes, but just thinking of certain foods makes me feel nauseous. Like the other day when DH suggested we go to Subway for lunch, and just the thought of a Subway sandwich made me gag. Before I get anything to eat, I "test it out" in my head to make sure it's not going to nauseate me before I order/cook it.

Never heard of that, sounds good though, do you know how many calories it is? hehe

Nope. The thought of French fries disgusts me but I don't have trouble actually eating them.

I agree with the idea of some foods just making me feel yucky. I've also noticed water of all things makes me feel yucky for a bit. I've always been an avid water drinker though.

Me too! I drink water constantly... Except when I'm pregnant. Then I have to force myself. Blech.

How about if you add a lemon or lime slice to your water?

A large unsweetened berry tea is 140 calories. A large sweet tea is 180 calories. So a large sweetened berry tea is probably around 320 calories, and 1/2 sweetened is probably about 260. I usually get a medium half-sweet, which I'm guessing is somewhere between 180 and 200.

Just about everything is making me sick. I think I have lost about 10 lbs in the past two weeks. Partly due to the flu though. Anything that smells has been making me gag. I can't cook anything. The only thing I can really eat is sandwiches and bread, sometimes salad.

Water hasn't been sitting well with me either. So I went out and bought a truck load of vitamin water. Its still water, plus it is delicious and has a little extra vitamins.

Lemon in the water is a great idea. but I have to be honest here... I don't have the time or the want to slice and make gourmet water. lol. Maybe I can talk the husband into it. Or make a big pitcher of it though.
