Default How soon is too soon to ...

    To start symptom obsessing?!

This is my first hopeful cycle of TTC. I am probably only on DPO 3ish, but I'm already wondering about my sore BBs.

My first pregnancy was JLIH and my second was a pleasant surprise. So both times I didn't have any suspicions until I missed my period (well, kinda ... tmi ... i had a tiny but of implantation bleeding a few days before AF was expected with both). So I never really wondered about my symptoms before hand.

I'm sure it's insanely early, and probably just in my head, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. So how soon have you ladies started to have symptoms in your previous pregnancies?

It's never to soon to start symptom obsessing!!!

In all seriousness, I felt like I just "knew" with both girls at a certain point. That said, I also just knew a few months ago and it was wrong (well, it may have been a chemical, bust still.)

I used to symptom obsess. If it helps keep you occupied during the 2ww, then go for it!!

I don't anymore since enough cycles ttc for my other two, I realized I have all the same symptoms pregnant or not. lol. :\

I usually start to symptom obsess around 7dpo. That's when the fatigue hits if I'm pregnant.

With all 3 of my pregnancies, I didn't have an early symptoms. No sore boobs or cramping, etc. Once I was clearly pregnant (Big belly and all) then I was hungry a lot, nauseous sometimes, etc. But that's after we clearly knew we were pregnant. It kinda sucks not getting any early symptoms, lol I just have to rely on tests.

I say obsess away! I know I am! I have been getting AF like cramps and twinges for the last two days so I'm being really hopeful!

The only difference I notice when HSG is in my system (trigger or BFP) is that my nipples get insanely sore. I will be looking out for that!

    Thanks for the input ladies

I'm still symptom obsessing over here. Sore tatas, moreso the nipples. Some funny cramping. But the thing that's getting me most excited is the crazy dreams I've been having. Typically I dream (or remember a dream) once a month at the absolute most. Both of my previous pregnancies I have had the super crazy dreams very frequently throughout. And I've had 3 wacky dreams the last 3 nights in a row.

So I'm cautiously excited I have very little self control, so I'll probably start testing Thursday, which is 8DPO (I think). Unfortunately, I have no idea how sensitive my cheapie Internet test strips are, so I could be wasting my time, but I really just don't wanna wait. Lol.

Anyway, i hope we start seeing a LOT of BFPs real soon!

I say it's never too early to symptom obsess! I took this pregnancy test way early - I went out to lunch with a girlfriend, and she ordered dessert, and asked me whether I wanted part of her giant cookie. I said, no thanks, and then I went home and thought, wait, when have I ever in my entire life said no to a cookie? I have always had good luck early testing with the cheapo tests (not the digital ones) with the two windows (Target or Osco brands). Good luck!
