    Default fatigue

I thought the fatigue would let up by now but it's still really bad. I can usually make it through the day without a nap, but the past few days I've been really struggling not to fall asleep during the afternoon. I'd really like some more energy back soon! I don't know how I'm going to make it through this crazy month (let alone the two evening weddings at the end of it).

Hear hear! I am still really struggling with it too. Fortunately (?) my DH has had some mysterious mild illness that's also causing HIM to be really tired, so we're both on board for going to bed as soon as DD's in bed most nights. Lame, but nice at least to be in good company.

I hope we're both feeling much better by the end of the month...

Are you guys taking any pre-natal vitamins with iron? I know if I don't, that's when I really start feeling tired. I even up my green veggie intake too................then suffer from constipation!

I still take a nap daily, or at least lay down and rest for 1/2 hour while all three kids are down for naps/quiet time. I just need that time to relax/rest since I am normally on my feet all.morning.long.

I wish my kids did quiet time. I've tried to establish it, but it has never worked.
Yes, I'm taking a prenatal and supplemental iron, too. I'm not anemic yet, but will be if I don't take those. I do have to take unisom nightly throughout pregnancy or the m/s lingers, so that might contribute. And DH has been super busy at work so all the chores have fallen to me.

I take prenatals and eat a ton of healthy food...I think it's just hormones + legitimate tiredness. I work so I can't take naps during the week, but you better believe I do on the weekend
