    Default Poas obessed

So I took that expired test the other day. Today I bought a new test and took it, and of course. Negative. Still no signs of AF though. So I guess if she doesn't come I'll take another test in a week. Once again I am disappointed. I am so obsessed over POAS, esp. when my af doesnt come, and upset every time I get bfn. I wish stupid af was more regular so I could stop getting my hopes up. it's every 10 days, it's every 30+ days, never makes any sense and I am tired of it. When it's 30+ days I ALWAYS think I am pregnant, but nope, it's my body teasing me.

I hear you on that completely. Have you ever been diagnosed with PCOS? Sometimes I O around CD 11 but more than likely it is closer to CD 25. A 2 week difference. Then, of course, there are many months you don't O at all. Enough to make you crazy!

I can go 9 or 10 months without a new cycle starting! It drives me insane. My first dr said PCOS. My second said no. My new dr is still figuring it out!!!
Good luck. Maybe you should have a dr blood test to see?

Yeah i don't know what's going on. I've been thinking about it a lot lately. It always takes me awhile to conceive, but this time I feel like my body just isn't up to par. For some reason I have lost 15 pounds the past few months, all of my clothes are way too big. Now I am only 100 lbs. its frustrating. I've done nothing to loose the weight. I'm pretty active since I run an in-home daycare. but no reason so loose 15 lbs. My af's are so random, they've never been THIS random. I hope there isn't anything wrong with me. I scheduled a doc appointment for a physical but they didn't have any appts available until April. I am going to call my gyno today and see if there's something they can give me to regulate my af's and I am going to try to eat more protein and vitamins to get myself healthier.

Actually body fat being a very low percentage because of low weight is really bad for ovulations and cycles. Maybe your dr could help you with that?

I wouldn't necessarily blame low body fat. I'm only 100lbs (5'4") and tend to be super fertile. But, with you recent weight loss and the irregular cycles I think it's good you're planning to see a doctor. They could check for issues with thyroid, among other things. good luck.

I was thinking a possible thyroid problem as well. It definitely impacts fertility. Hopefully they will check this
