Hi! I'm Aja....and I'm due 10/6/14...

Hello everyone! I posted a few weeks ago under the name "OrigamiAja". I got some things cleared up and am back up and running under my original name. My new one was lost.

Here's my story!

I met my DH, Russ, online! He searched, found me, we chatted, met, and fell in love. We married on October 13, 2001. DH wanted babies right away because he didn't want to get too old. He's only 2 years older than me. Whoa, slow down buddy. LOL Anyways....I went off birth control Feb. 2002 and it messed me up. It took 1.5 years for my body to actually become normal. Irregular periods and multiple yeast infections. YUCK! Basically, I could've gotten pregnant anytime after that. My periods still continued to vary between 27-31 days, so I knew that ovulation couldn't be tracked other than by symptoms I knew. It didn't happen till 4.5 years after we were married. Boy did that feel like forever. I was ready for another one right after, but glad it didn't. A few years started to go by and turned into 6.5 years and now we are expecting #2. I'm soooooo happy!! I wanted 3 babies, he wanted 1. We compromised to 2 and at this point in the game, DH being 36 and me 34, we are ecstatic for #2 and we'll probably call it quits.

Tyler was an EASY pregnancy. Too easy. I felt only fatigue in the beginning. Pinched nerve in my back, but happened rarely. He is a BIG boy. I labored for 26 hours, waters broke naturally, pushed for 50 minutes with epidural, tore 2nd degree and delivered naturally 9lbs. 1 oz. I will have enjoyed 7.5 years with him alone and wouldn't change it for anything! He wants a brother/sister (he doesn't care which) and I'm glad I was able to provide one. I was getting to the point that it wasn't going to happen.

I'm looking forward to building new friends here on pg.org! Quite a few of the ladies from the April 07 board created a facebook page that we stay in contact through.

Feel free to ask my any questions about me! I like sharing and I like providing advice! Biggrin

Yes!! Before I tested, I noticed that I was having to get up late at night to go pee. Tested day 33. A lot of pressure, bloat, salty foods, nausea (which has lessened the past few days. Crazy hunger pains, light-headedness, sore boobs. It's like a little bit of everything all wrapped into 4 weeks. I'm starting to feel better everyday though, hopefully it keeps going thAT way.

It depends on the day for me as well, but today was the first day I had to run to the bathroom. I think mine are getting worse! Am I the only one that has crazy dreams? I had them with my second pregnancy as well.

Congrats! You are due on my anniversary! I feel the sore boobs, mine are killing me! But that is about the only symptom I have. I have been having crazy dreams lately, and yesterday I woke up and swore I saw a giant spider on my wall, my dh said I was crazy!

Congrats:)!!! I am in a similar boat as I had very few symptoms first time around (only threw up 2x my entire pregnancy) and while I have "felt" this pregnancy way earlier than I did the first time around, I just have sore boobs, more frequent urination (but I am drinking way more water now that I know) and that is about it so I will take it:) Would not mind at all if it stayed this way:)
