    Default Waiting to O

Hi Ladies - I guess I'm the first one here!! Last cycle was super short, prob b/c of the bad eggs and cancelling the IUI cycle... and I thought AF arrived on the 2nd, but the next day I had NOTHING. and started again on the 4th. Doc office said it didn't really matter, I started follistim again on the 6th, and go in on Friday for my first U/S. Hoping for some good follicles!!!!! I'm thinking that I'll have my 5th IUI sometime next week!!! EDD would be 10/9. (both my dad and brother were born in Oct) and my wedding anniversary is 10/16!

Hoping that I'm the only one here, and that everyone has Sept babies

Joining you, af arrived today. This month is our last iui. I am stopping charting, no point with an iui.

Starting clomid today. Not sure how this will pan out, I need the follies to get nice and big quickly because we have a long weekend next weekend and I am due to O over that weekend so the best we can do is a CD 13 IUI or a CD17IUI, I tend to O naturally on CD15or 16. The receptionist at the clinic basically told me I knew nothing when I mentioned that and said that you ovualate aon all different days, Umm no, I have been charting for a few years now, I know when I ovulate

I'm starting to feel like a veteran...moving over here for cycle 12. AF isn't flowing yet, but I'm spotting and crampy and know it's a matter of minutes before it's full on.

This also means that I begin cycle monitoring in the next few days. What exactly are they looking for on the first few days of your cycle? I forgot to ask those details.

AF started today so that puts me in Oct. Oct 20th if I conceive this month. DH and I have been trying for over 2 years naturally and this will be our first IUI cycle. I am glad I am not the only one in this month who is doing an IUI I'm sure I will have lots of question to ask. I go on Wed for my first BW/US and then Saturday I start my many many days of BW/US.

    Good luck to everyone

Good luck Marianne. Sounds like lots of blood work for you, each clinic does things a little differently I guess, my clinic due to my travel tries to help me out by limiting the amount of trips I need which often means maybe blood work instead of ultrasond, trigger injection at hokme etc.

Julie, I have never had monitoring done so early in my cycle, I get some montoring from cd10/11 to iui and that is all. Hope this cycle bodes well for us all

Wendy it does seem like at lot of blood work compared to what I read about other women. I go in CD3 and then CD6 until the day after I O which should be CD 15ish and it's blood work and ultrasound each time!

Julie I think they start early in the cycle because that's when your body has 'reset' it self. So your hormone levels are back to normal for you, it gives them a base line for what your body will do for the rest of the cycle.

Temp went up this morning, but I've been crampy all morning. I'm expecting a drop tomorrow and expecting AF tomorrow or Thursday. So i'm joining here too.

Good luck to all you ladies!
