Thread: 8 Months old

My little baby is 8 months old today, and I'm still breastfeeding her! I never thought that would happen. It has been amazingly challenging and a seemingly constant struggle. I get kind of mad when I hear women talk about how wonderful, and easy it is. It has been anything but easy here. My plan was to stop at 6 months to give my body time to regulate in order to TTC again in the fall, but I haven't been able to make myself stop. Of course if I find a job soon I will likely have to quit since being a classroom teacher isn't conducive to pumping. . . anyway I'm rambling. . . Here she is, all 8 months and 'grown up'!

She's so precious! Congrats on exceeding your BFing goal! Good luck with finding a job. I know you've been struggling with that for awhile.

i can't believe she (and all our babies!) are 8 months already. Lucas will be joining her in a couple of days.
