If you take my cat, I'll take your DH! I'm curious which pic you're talking about. Everyone who knows DH has been saying that lately and I'm wondering what it is that's making them say that. I honestly can't see a resemblance to either of us!

For dinner Aiden ATE (not threw on the floor, shared with the cat, etc) 1/3 cup of peas, 1/2 cup of macaroni and cheese, 1 cupcake size piece of meatloaf, a slice of cornbread, and 6 watermelon balls. AND ASKED FOR MORE FOOD. I told him no. lol

I don't know where he put it all. He ate almost as much as I did for lunch (leftover garden spaghetti). Of course I don't eat a ton at lunch, but still!!! Growth spurt? Hallow leg?

If I could get Lyla to eat more than 2 teeny tiny bites of ANYTHING I'd be thrilled. I feel like this kid is NEVER going to eat and I will have to bottle feed #2 cause this one will STILL be breastfeeding!

And the kid just BF. And will wake up in 3 hours to BF again.
Anna, I'm pretty sure I'll still be BFing Aiden whenever #2 comes along. This kid probably BFs 10 times over 24 hours.
Apparently Aiden is the example that proves that eating food does not equal STTN.

Ya know, I've always wondered how tandem nursing goes when the 2nd child is born. Cause Aiden was attached for an hour at a time for a bit.

Yeah, how did you tell him?!

I'm making corn bread for the second time this week! I made corn chowder with a recipe out of my Vegetarian Times magazine. It looks super tasty but it needed something else. I had what I needed to make corn bread so I thought I'd whip some up. It's corn-fest in the house tonight!

Sorry I havent been keeping up with you ladies. My stomach issues continue. Sad I hope they figure something out soon because I'm miserable.

Well I'm off to bed to hopefully get a good nights sleep and NOT be up all night in stomach pain.

Okay, I'm exhausted. I went back a few pages so I'm somewhat caught up, but man you girls can talk Smile

Erin- the bed looks massive and comfy! I would choose on the floor with DH too Wink Although it was nice for a while just have to share with Clara. Last night I had the pup on my side of the bed snoring and DH on the other side of me snoring. I almost went to the couch

Anna- you'll be a great tandem nurser Biggrin

Kitty- I know you're probably out for the night and you may not see this one, but I'm wondering what they are doing to figure out what's going on with you? (if anyone else knows, please share)

Veronica- HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL! I almost forgot that you and DD1 share a birthday til this evening!!!!

Jackie- you talk a lot! and know lots of weird sights Smile that's a crazy amount of food, his poop should be really interesting from all of that.

I was actually too excited to do anything creative! He came home from fishing that morning and was going on an on about how he had been talking to his buddy about this new job and what a good thing it's going to be for our family even though there are sacrifices and challenges involved. Well, I just kind of broke in and said that we had more challenges than he realized. He immediately goes, "Are you pregnant?" I told him where the test was and to look at it and give me his opinion. He spent the whole afternoon grinning.

I am so ready to wean! I know it rubs some breastfeed advocates the wrong way for me to say that, but I do NOT enjoy it anymore. It's a nightmare really. I absolutely dread every breastfeeding session and I don't think that is healthy. I am all for breastfeeding and I'm glad I did it and hope to do it again, but I did have a moment where I thought that maybe I'd just do formula for the next kid.

Anna- I'm trying to do a poll post (which is my 1st EVER!) and my brain is completely fried. DH is so tired that he's already in bed and I'm thinking seriously about joining him. However, DD1 got me hooked on Fruit Ninja on the iPad so I might just have to lay in bed and play that for a while Smile

Go to bed, Aiden!! Oh, maybe yelling at him is not the right approach?

Teagan took one nap today, one! She slept from 11-12:30 at daycare. She just went down at 7:30. Boy was she cranky while I cooked dinner. Her sleep schedule has been so off because of a cold and teething. I'm hoping this will get things back on track.

Aiden's whole day has been off too. It's been a very long day. One that's had me drink 2 glasses of wine already.

i think mona said she is waiting for tests to come back

is it bad that i am planning on skipping lucas' afternoon nap tomorrow so i can get him down easy/early and go to the moves for 7:30?

the past few nights he has gone down without a fuss, but knowing him he will make a stink about going to bed when i FINALLY have some kind of plans. i havn't gone to the movies in over a year!

Sounds like fun. I haven't been to the movies since before I got pg with DS. I think it was Sweet Home Alabama. Oh, wow, that's sad!

Good luck w/ the nap thing. That's why we went and saw an afternoon movie. Even if Aiden refused to nap, he'd at least be in better spirits than he would in the evening. (That and tickets for day movies here are $3. lol.)

I haven't heard of Horrible Bosses. I just had to look it up! lol

I just saw Harry Potter. While I was home I saw Bridesmaids with my sister (we both hated that movie). Last Christmas while home, DH and I saw the last Harry Potter. Before that it was while I was home (once again) and I saw whatever Twilight movie it was with my sister.

THe light twilight was better IMO. Though I'm a little creeped out thinking about the last book being a movie. That book was disturbing enough as it was.
