I liked it too alright, but it seems like there have been a lot of movies that are following along a little too closely to it. I like Matt Damon, I could lick him all over, which was probably my favorite part of the Bourne Identity.

(my dog just snored so hard he jolted and fell off the couch!)

I need to stop looking at carriers. I thought I'd buy one for my really good friend for her upcoming shower, but I can't make up my mind on what to get her. It seems so personal. Maybe it's just me feeling like I have a personal relationship with my carriers. Maybe I am crazy.

i think a carrier is a great gift, but your right it is a personal choice. maybe you could see if she is interested in baby wearing and what kind she might like?

It was pretty good. It would've been better if she'd had a friend along I think, but all in all, not bad. We shopped most of Saturday, got some great deals and had some fun. Took her to the Macaroni Grill and she loved it! We went to Dave & Buster's Saturday night. I LOVED IT and she had a good time too. Her dad and I got into a little tift on the phone just before we left for it because his gf is a b!tch so I think that put a little damper on the evening. I called him this morning and ripped his a$$ for making me do that in front of Andrea. He's apologized and apparently told gf to call and apologize cause she did this afternoon. Of course, her apologies go something like this "I'm sorry I...., but you suck". Anyway, Sunday we did more shopping and had a blast. The dinner this evening was great. She and I made a German Chocolate cake this afternoon and the grandparents came over. She had fun I think. She's a hard one to read, she doesn't show her emotions openly often so you never know if she's having a good time or a great time, kwim?

She's definitely interested in baby wearing!!! I know which types of carriers she's interested in. It's just which pattern, fabric, etc that I'm hung up on! Cause I know if I don't like how a carrier looks, I won't use it as much.

yep!!!

i'm sure she had a great time. even when emotions arn't openly showed i think it's more likely you could tell if they weren't having a good time. Besides, what more could she ask for? she had an awesome fun filled weekend:) sorry about your ex's gf. at least she apologized, somewhat.

I'm still sifting through old movie releases trying to find that last one we watched that we didn't finish just so you guys never have to go through that pain. But as I was doing that, I came across a movie that we really liked called "Get Low". It was one of those releases that only has two or three jacket covers in the rental place, little Indy film (which are typically my favorites) and it was good.

99% of the time when DH and I sit down to watch a movie on Saturday afternoon, DS wakes up early from his nap. *sigh*

Good night! Now that I've finally found that stupid movie that wasted my time, I think I'm going to head off to bed too. It would've driven me crazy all night if I hadn't found it!

So I think I am home alone tonight, hubby said he is most likely going fishing after work and likely staying at his mates place for the night because they both have tomorrow off so will have a late night and a few drinks. He will get the bus home tomorrow so if his plans stay the same it's all me tonight and tomorrow.
Ronin went to sleep just after 7:30pm, but I;m sure we will have half hourly wake ups, so the first will probably be soon.

I am sick of some people who try to pick a fight over any thing they can, seriously I do not get paid enough to deal with that.

Ronin is still asleep an hour after going down. One thing I like about this house is where the nursery is there is a light just outside the room so I can flick that on and look through the glass pane in the door to check on him.

abacaxi- how's everything going? when will you know about the bar exam?

Wendy- i hope Ronin is being a good boy for you. wouldn't it be nice to be the one that can just take off whenever you feel like it?

Janice- Happy Birthday :pinkelephant:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANICE!!!

Mona- She's old as dirt Wink

Wendy- tell DH to take Ronin with him fishing! NOT fair that he can just up and leave you like that.

DH and I slept in the same bed last night!!! The new bed is firmer than I'm used to but I didn't wake up with sore shoulders. Foam works! Teagan had so much room to flip flop all over the bed. DH kept getting baby feet to the face. Welcome to my world, I told him. OK, gotta go see a man about some liquid nitrogen. TTYL!

I'll get the results from the multiple choice part in the beginning of September. That will tell me if I have any hope of passing. The essay and practical portion results won't come out until October 14th. I'm not sure how I did. On one of the essays I knew nothing, so I just made up some law and hoped it was close enough - and everyone I talked to afterward had done the exact same thing. Good thing the score is curved.

The exam was in Phoenix, so we had to stay in a hotel up there - it was Rowan's first vacation. She did really well, except one night she fell out of bed. She didn't get hurt, but she was really scared.

That's great that the bed worked out for you both last night! Smile

My son got up at 7:30 am. He's still not asleep. I've tried twice now to put him down for a morning nap (is it a morning nap if it's noon though?! lol). He's been grouchy, but not pull my hair out I'm done with him grouchy. Wondering if he's trying to go to one nap. But just a week ago he was doing 2 naps, each 1.5-2 hours long. *sigh*

Sounds promising!! I bet you passed. Isn't making stuff up what lawyering is all about? You probably got bonus points.

I love wasting my morning away on the phone with dimwits. For some reason StudentLoans.gov still has my maiden name. Apparently, I'm the first woman to ever get married and change her name. No one seems to be able to fix this problem.

Man is their hold music ANNOYING!!!
