Awww. Well, at least you're in AZ. If you lived someplace with a real winter I'd be telling you to ignore him.
Super cute Leigh! Apparently my mom bought Aiden a pair of those ugly Elmo slippers (ya know the ones you see everywhere with the giant Elmo head?) which means Aiden will love them and wear them constantly. lol.
Well, they're only free if you need to buy something else that costs $35 or more from shoebuy.com. I bought them through a one day only (today, 11/15) offer of $30 off a purchase of $60 or more if you use the new v.me Visa service to check out (which doesn't cost anything to the consumer, it just stores your credit card information). So I found some fun new shoes for DH for Christmas too, since he really needs them anyway. I can forward the offer to you if you want...
Otherwise, they're not cheap. But maybe the street fair will have some adorable children's slippers...hm, wonder how hard they are to make...
Well hey, Jackie--loving them is a good thing! I liked the gray ones Erin posted better than these, personally, but Adair is going to FREAK OUT.
That sounds complicated, Leigh. I think I'll just grab a random pair of non-princess slippers at Target (if I don't happen to see adorable slippers at your booth) when I'm there picking up toilet paper.
Well there are actually lots of free slipper patterns out there. I just have to decide which ones to make! I'll definitely show you if I get something going. Hmmmmm....maybe a trip to the fabric store today is in order...
If anyone is still looking for a super cute Christmas present for their LO, I highly recommend this: Amazon.com: Prince Lionheart Wheely Bug, Ladybug, Small: Toys & Games
These are the toys that get pretty much daily use in our house. The girls LOVE them. We have the pig and the mouse. If you're wondering which size to get, get the large for this age. Lainey got the small mouse a year ago and she's now ready for a large. They're well made, fun and durable. I think every kid that has ever come to our house has gone straight to them, and the girls ride theirs at least once a day. (They don't go well on carpet though, so you'd need at least one room with hardwood/laminate/linoleum flooring).
