I'm not normally a big caffeine drinker. I dont drink coffee at all and only have the occasional tea. But right now I'm craaaaving caffeinated stuff! And I wanted to quit because it seems to make my pressure go up!! I'm not craving like having headaches or withdrawal or anything, just the taste for some reason!!
This morning I had a tea, now Im having a pepsi with lunch! AHHHH!!!! WHy?!?!? Before I was pg I would have tea maybe once a week and if i drank pop it was sprite or another noncaffeinated one!!! I feel so guilty drinking this stuff daily since I'm pg!!!
For some reason I think these drinks make my nausea, which is still persisting, a bit better so that is part of the reason!! But I want to stop!!!
How much caffeine did you/are you drinking while pg!!?? Make me feel less guilty please!
