I'm not touching your friend's FB comment, Jackie. It'll just get me riled up and I don't need that right now.
I've seen lots of women suggest Coconut Oil as a diaper cream and they claim it won't gunk up their diapers because its "natural". Well, technically petroleum products are natural and organic because they were originally created before pesticides were applied by humans but that doesn't make me want to smear it all over my child's butt if its going to make my diapers repel. Its still an oil and how can that not gunk up diapers? I'm thinking about slathering Teagan in Aquaphor and putting her in a disposable tonight. Not that it'll help all that much because its all over her now. I found it on her head this morning. If its eczema then its the fasted spreading eczema of all time and I'm screwed. I made an appt with the doctor for tomorrow morning. I spent my morning seminar googling rash images and nothing fits. Its so weird!
OK, now I'm off to have the dentist poke around in my face. Yay.
Yeah, I looked at a lot of rash images online and I didn't see it either. So weird.
GL at the dentist!
I gave a response finally. I'll probably leave it be though if she tries to start a war on the subject. You just can't make people want to be informed!
Have fun at the dentist. ;)
Jackie, that was a ridiculous post.
Erin, good luck at the dentist. Hopefully Teagan can get comfortable soon and that rash goes away.
Oh thank god it's not a me vs. them on that FB post! Another girl piped up supporting what I said and then shared that she had a HBAC last year!
Y'all need to keep me off of wool swaps so I don't get tempted to buy my son wool next. Such a super cute longies set with an owl on it. Very GN. :p
And btw, I cannot believe at 34 weeks I'm feeling so much down there pressure! If I'm not careful it can hurt!
Well, I like everything but the last part...I can't believe you're having so much pain and pressure this early either! Hope it lets up some and isn't this bad for six more weeks! Is it still feeling off center?
I'll do my best to keep you off the wool swaps, Jackie. I'm not sure how I'll accomplish that but I'll try.
The dentist was able to patch me up without charging me an arm and a leg. Instead of replacing the veneer she filled the spot that cracked off with composite. It doesn't look 100% perfect and its not quite as strong but it should be just fine until DH gets a real job and real insurance. I like this lady. She understands that I'm a poor student and is honest with me. The first place I went when I initially cracked my tooth just kept pushing the most expensive option available.
I had some pretty wicked hip and "down there" pain in the weeks leading up to Teagan's birth. I remember making DH pull the car over on the way home so I could turn around in the car seat and take a break from sitting the way I was. Perhaps it just means you won't be pulling another 41 weeker? Hey, I was just stalking the NCB board to check when we needed to start your lodge and I can't believe its coming up so fast!! Zoe will be here before you know it!!
