Are they making you feel sick, Wendy? I always feel a little nauseous from taking vitamins so I started taking mine right before bed--my stomach was full from dinner and I was asleep so I didn't notice any bad feelings.
Yeah--time zones are funny! I'm so jealous that you're already ordering dinner, Jackie. I want to go home soooo badly right now. Not that I'll get to take a nap with an amped up well rested toddler to play with. Wendy, I'm NOT jealous that you're just now starting your day. The last 3rd is the best part, and at least that's on its way
I wish they were making me sick, they are making me TMI a bit constipated and because they have iodine so it's making my poo black. I stopped them for a few days and sure enough all the issues cleared up. They were super expensive though but I won't be getting them again after I run aout, sadly hubby bought me a jumbo box so there are still heaps left.
Ronin must be gearing up for epic toddler ness soon, he is being too cute, last night he came running over saying bite, so I kissed it better and he ran off to continue trying to put sunglasses on the cat which is what caused a bite in the first place, then I was making cupcakes for work and he wanted to help and as I was icing them he was telling me pretty cakes, then this morning he knocked on the door when he got out of bed so I went over saying whose that kocking on my door and knocked and all I got was a little giggle. When I opened the door (french door style) he was hiding behind the other side tryinmg not to giggle. Now he and Button the monkey have been to the toilet and are having breakfast.
Wendy, that is so adorable. I bet he looked cute out there trying not to giggle.
Jackie, sorry about your DH. Seriously, these men have no clue at all about pregnancy and what we go through. My boobs are not nearly as great as they used to be. Cup size is a little less, barely C as opposed to full C, and not nearly as perky. I have actually thought about getting a lift after the last baby. I don't know, I may change my mind by then.
Leigh, mmmmmmm, chicken. I just realized I had fried chicken for lunch Tuesday and again at supper last night. I could have that everyday, that, Mexican food, and pizza.
My boobs barely changed at all last pg with Simon, but then I went from a DD to an H!!!! Now I'm back down to a DDD which hasnt really changed this entire pregnancy. They feel so soft and deflated. Makes me worry about BFing this time since I cant even express any colostrum. And they have never been perky.....maybe when I was 12! LOL!!
wendy, how long have you been taking them? with Lucas they made my poo green and i had constipation issues but it got better after a week or so. I still had constipation issues, but not as bad.
my boobs barely changed with Lucas. i was a B and I maybe went up to a C but it was probably more a full B. they are back to how they were before now, just a little saggier lol.
Wendy, what about getting a different brand and rotating between the two? While it will take you longer to get through them maybe the side effects will improve.
Cute about Ronin! I've actually purposefully started the kiss the hurt game. It's rough picking him up and cuddling him these days, so now I kneel down and kiss and say all better (now he'll tell me when I've kissed enough to make it better). I'm sure one day I might regret this, but it works and it is soooo cute sometimes!
As far as boobs go, I'm told that eventually some fat will fill back into them. It just may take years. And obviously not as much as our former perky ones had.
Mona, colostrum production means nothing for BFing. Having a successful BFing relationship once means chances are great that you'll be fine this time too! I think I can only express colostrum because Aiden is still nursing.
Oh, that's a good idea about rotating vitamins, Jackie!
I have always kissed Adair's boo boos, and while that part is still cute and not annoying, the introduction of ice for bumps has already become REALLY annoying...if she gets the slightest knock to any part of her body she'll immediately start wailing "I NEED IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!!!!!!!!" which, okay, is not that hard a request to fill, but really, child? I need to fill up some plastic baggies or something so I have a bigger supply.
Oh god I remember that from childcare. An ice pack cured all. We kept a bucket full of the reusable ice packs in the fridge and would send big kids to grab one for the little kids (remember we had ages 5-12 in one classroom). I'm trying to put off ice packs as long as possible. The few times I've felt one necessary Aiden has hated it at least. lol
