Ooh, nice, Stacy!! Yeah, I didn't smell or poke either, but it was light as a feather and she peed a gallon as soon as she got on the potty too, so I'm calling it dry.
That's great that she is dry through the night. And that's exactly how I judge wetness too. Light = dry. We have had those mornings where the diaper is so heavy that I could throw it at DH's head and completely knock him out with it. Not that I would ever do such a thing, or think about it, or dream about it, especially when I'm angry or hormonal.![]()
So I think our attempts to help Adair learn to differentiate body feelings are starting to get somewhere...she CONSTANTLY says she's sick, and I couldn't figure out why, when most of the time it's quite clearly not true. Then I realized that I think she's saying it when she feels hungry--I can understand that! It does kind of feel like being sick sometimes! So I've been trying to teach her (because the "I'm sick" is becoming a little bit of a Boy Who Cried Wolf situation, and I do want to know when she genuinely doesn't feel well!)
Anyway...this morning she was lying my bed, and she said "I sick. ...I sick. ...I fink I'm hongry."Yay! It's working!
Oh my gosh, that is so cute!! I can see that too, sometimes you do feel a little sick when really hungry.
What a break-thru Leigh. So cute that she thought she was "sick" awww.
Ok, you ladies are bad influences. I was out of the office, so I ran to Target and bought the Charlie Brown halloween cartoon for Evan. Hopefully he likes it.
If that's all you bought at Target then I'm mad at you. lol.
Unfortunately it's not. Never is. Boo Target.
