Wendy, you look great!! I hope you get the gas situation figured out PDQ.
Jackie, What a cute video of Aiden showing boob love. Lyla has started asking for boob. She will even get the boppy and put it in my lap and then climb up, lay down and pull on my shirt. I actually tried it to see if she'd nurse but she just lays there with her mouth over my nipple.
Leigh, that's some good language development with Adair!! Lyla talks like Yoda. "Get it. Water" Stuff like that.
Stacy, how are you feeling? I know it's early, but any symptoms yet?
I haven't moved in 5 years. This is the longest I have ever lived in one house my entire life. I am trying to organize my move and pack things as I go, slowly, keeping everything well labeled. I just look around and feel a bit overwhelmed at everything that is still left to do and I don't really know what I should and shouldn't pack because I don't want to have to go dig up a box and rip it open to get something out that we end up needing when I thought we could survive without it for a bit. It's already happened several times.
I am so stinking tired. I haven't been this tired since right after Kole was born. Between DH and I having our biggest fight ever and the kids not getting the memo on the time change I've been severely sleep deprived. Alrighty, I'm going to see if I can get the little fatty to take a nap so I can do some serious packing.
He's been going around for the past hour dismantling all of the knob covers. I don't know what to do now!!!

Oh, and my mom informed me last night on the phone that she can't believe I haven't weaned Aiden yet because it's going to be so rough and mean for him when Zoe suddenly arrives and he can't nurse anymore. I asked her what the heck she was talking about. Apparently my body will only make milk for Zoe, so if Aiden nurses there won't be enough for Zoe.
OMG!!! I have been seriously distracted all morning dreaming of getting a fried chicken sandwich for lunch. I think you just pushed me over.

Sometimes it's the only way...that or you can keep the handles locked and keep a tiny screwdriver nearby to unlock them from the outside through the little hole (you know what I mean?) That's what we do at my FIL's house, because of that same kid. Our sewing studio is there and no way do we want him loose and rummaging around in there, with all the sharp scissors and pins and machines.
Oh, and Anna, I hope you are able to get some rest soon, and Jackie, your mom!!
Jackie, I guess it could be possible that Aiden's flavor of milk is white, and Zoe's will be strawberry which Aiden will hate?:p Seriously though, eek!! Did she ever decide on where she will be staying when she visits?
Anna, I'm feeling pretty good. I feel like I am very moody and there is occasional nausea, but that's about it so far. I'm sure it will kick into gear in the coming weeks. Good luck with the packing. Just cleaning up Evan's new room, I would go in there and just turn in circles, no knowing where to start. And that was one little bedroom.
My parents (both are coming now!) are staying in my house when they come. I told them they can enjoy the couches and if they don't like those they can get a room at the inn on base. lol.
Glad to hear your pregnancy symptoms aren't too bad so far Stacy!
We can't install anything on the doors or the frames to use other lock forms. He can unlock the outside doors himself because of the type of locks they are, which is why we had to get knob covers soon after moving here because he could open the doors and let himself out. *sigh* Some doors like closets and the pantry have no locks, so he's now helping himself.
Well Jackie, I think Aiden has a bright future as a cat burglar...
How annoying that you can't install anything. Can you, like, duct tape the knob covers so he can't take them apart as easily?? IDK...but what a little stinker!
We only have a curtain in our pantry door so we keep a baby gate up to keep both dogs and child out of there...?
Did I tell y'all that Aiden figured out how to take down our pressure gate?! Seriously!!! lol
WHAT?! Well, if you need a gate somewhere other than the weird top of your stairs, you should really look into those step through ones like I have. He'll figure it out in two seconds but he won't be able to get through it because he just simply doesn't weigh enough.
