If my child got up as early as yours does on a regular basis I don't think I'd be nearly as patient as you to say the least. lol. Aiden is really sleep deprived from this week, but he'd doing well for a toddler. He needed his almost 11 hours of sleep last night.

Well, she's a good napper at least. And I go to bed really early. (But yeah...it probably contributes a lot to my extreme reservations about having another one! I don't know if I can handle another 2...3...4...years of this little sleep.)

One day you'll be having to shove her out of bed. Just might be in 15 years.

Look at this beautiful wrap! oscha roses - Google Search
A friend hurt her back and just got this wrap in and can't use it. Offered to me and my BFF to borrow it and break it in for awhile. I feel like I need my head checked because I told my BFF that she can take it first to borrow it and to send me her still not broken in Storch Leo Green (storch leo green - Google Search). She never uses the Leo and it needs love. *sigh* But the roses are a hard to find EXPENSIVE wrap.

I keep telling myself that it's a thicker wrap which really isn't best for a newborn and I already have one medium thick wrap (the pink and brown striped one). Though I think my BFF might be sending me her Gira wrap instead. At any rate I'm getting a new wrap to borrow for a bit. Can't really complain about that one. DH is thrilled that this doesn't require me spending any money.

I am running on 5 hours sleep. I got home aroun 12:30pm last night and then Ronin woke at v5:20 this morning. It's going to be a long day. I think he slept all night as well, hubby said he hadn't stirred when I got home. The movie was good, but I felt a bit attacked by my friends when they spoke about holidays and the fact hubby is thinkign of joining the army in the next couple of years. The holiday talk started when they asked if I had been ona honey moon yet and I said no so they started telling me I had to go on a honeymoon and a holiday.

Remember me mentioning last week that my college friend (whose EDD is Black Friday) was told by her OB last Friday that because she was already 3cm she'd have her baby in the next week? Guess who is still pregnant.
Yay for Aiden sleeping in! And yeah, not surprised at all that your friend is still pregnant. I think being told your going to go into labor by X time because you are dilated pretty much guarantees you won't go into labor by then!

Adair went to bed at TEN (her cousins were over) last night, so I had the stupid hope that it would make her sleep in at least a little. Nope. Woke up at 4:00, did go back to sleep, but then got up for the day raring to go at 5:20. Zzzzzzzzzzzz..........
I think I would be dead from exhaustion if Isabelle woke up as early as Adair does. I think Isabelle sleeps so late because 1) she doesn't usually nap anymore and 2) my DH watches her during the mornings since I go to work and he pretty much will not get up with her til around 10am since he doesn't go to bed til between 2am-4am every night. He is a night owl to begin with and he gets home really late from school so he stays up even later studying when he gets home. So if she woke up at 5, she would be stuck in her crib for several hours.

Jackie, yay for getting to use a new wrap at no cost, can't beat that! The roses wrap is gorgeous, you are a generous friend to let your BFF borrow it first!

I need to get Isabelle to eat lunch, she hasn't wanted to stop playing long enough to eat yet. Hoping to go to a park too before it gets too dark-it is cold but not as cold as it has been so I want to take advantage of the sunshine.

Anybody want to see a nineteen second video of Adair learning to eat her first ice cream cone while watching a mariachi band at a festival we happened across today? If so, here you go :

I still haven't been on a honeymoon and know what I really don't care that much right now. Just means that we have a reason to save up for a trip that we really want one day. Other things are way more important in life than trips currently.

Well, we did it. We put the dog down today. DH and I have been much more upset than I anticipated, and DD1 took it better than anticipated (Lainey doesn't understand). Sigh. I love having a dog, but this part of pet ownership sucks.
