So yesterday a couple of my stretch marks starting itching. It's been itching worse and worse as the day has gone along (I've done my best to not itch it though!) and now there are bumps in my stretch marks. PUPPS maybe?!?! Guess we'll see over time. I really hope not. Isn't it more common in first time moms?! C'mon Zoe time to be born if it's PUPPS because good grief I've got enough stress!
After an hour and a half at emergency we get sent home after being told theres nothing wrong and he probably jarred his arm with a little boy who is still crying if I touch his arm wrong, saying 'Nonin hurt' and still not using his arm. Umm yeah I think something is wrong. I gave him some panadol but he is not even lifting a waterbottle with that arm or using it to play. If he's still the same tomorrow I will have to try and get him in to our GP, the hospital said if he is still like this in 24 hours take him back but there is no way I will wait that long. Then I still needed to make a costume for Ronin's halloween dress up day tomorrow so I just whipped up a dodgy cape so he can be a super hero.
Poor Ronin. I hope you get some answers on that soon.
What is up with these crazy parents? Thankfully my mom is not like that. Sometimes my dad gives me unwanted advice, but I just politely ignore it.
We carved pumpkins Sunday night. Evan would not touch the goo stuff for the longest time. Then after the pumpkin was cleaned out, he would put his arm in, without touching anything and day, "ewwww gucky." Gucky is his yucky.
Janice, we pretty much did generic faces this year. I did use a stencil. I think it was slap stick. DH free handed his and Evans. He made Evans look like a pirate. DHs is just goofy looking.
We went basic with our pumpkin. Aiden "helped" DH and doesn't have a very long attention span. Besides, the seeds are the best part anyways! (DH freehanded a basic face.)
Aiden wasn't so thrilled with the gooey innards either. Though I did get him to help me separate out seeds for about 5 minutes.
We're tackling our pumpkins tonight...were going to do it last night, but ended up taking so long Halloween costume shopping for DH (and a few last pieces for me) that we ran out of time. Adair says she wants a "funny face" on hers, so we'll see what we can do about that. I've never used a stencil--we usually just make it up as we go along!
So for Halloween we're dressing up as a circus family--Adair is a tiger, I am the ringmaster/tiger tamer (with mustache) and DH is the lovely lady assistant (his choice!!!) The best part is he totally insisted on this costume, but when we were actually shopping he was so embarrassed and kept saying "I feel like I lost a bet...with myself!" HAHAHAHA. It's going to be hilarious.
How cute! DH may or may not be flying, so we decided to not bother getting anything for him. Really hoping he ends up not flying at that time so he can join us for a little bit. I'm not going to make it very far with a free toddler out in the neighborhood at this point. It'll be his first year trick or treating!
