Anna that house sounds FANTASTIC! As soon as I saw the picture I started squealing about the garage which I know y'all will love having! I hope the contract goes through easily and that y'all close without any issue.

Birthday take 2 today went FANTASTIC! Kid is currently napping because he's plum worn out.

Well, after all my complaining about how this baby wouldn't have a name until after she's born (not that there's anything wrong with doing it that way), she does have a name!
DH and I went on a date afternoon today, and I was referring to the baby by my favorite name. And DH said, "That's the name, isn't it?" and I said, "Do you think it is?" And he said yes. So our baby girl will be.....

Definitely no. I don't want to clean my own!

My kitchen is feral right now. I get so annoyed because hubby will cook and use 50 pots and pans then just leave them siting there until (I get sick of them and clean them up.

Glad he's giving DH a hard time, too. Sort of validates your frustrations when it's not just you.

Lainey asked to go to bed with Claire. They are currently reading books with a flashlight in Claire's bed. We'll see how that goes. I don't have high hopes.

Yay for an awesome house, and yay for a great birthday, AND yay for a name!!!

As for house cleaning...we just did a quick half hour attack, but man...it needs like a week. Ugh.

However, yesterday we had such an awesome day, it was totally worth the house neglect. Went for breakfast at our favorite coffeeshop (and took one of our dogs--the boxer, a treat for him!) and then went for a two hour hike. It was GREAT, and Addy even peed on the ground for us twice! Then we came home and took a long nap, me included...ahhhh. THEN we went to the Little Angels Procession, which is the kids' version of the Dia de Los Muertos All Souls' Procession. Addy wore a white dress and fairy wings and looked like a little Angel indeed! Teagan was there, and Addy's cousins, and it was chaotic and fun and Addy did great the whole way through...we actually ended up staying until the very end at 7:30 (dance party!) and getting her a fancy chicken crepe from a food truck--she devoured it!

Now we're going to head out and see if I can find some cheap cool weather pajamas for her and go grocery shopping. Not quite as fun, but very necessary...
