It's not an issue of good debt vs. bad debt. They are simply looking at how much money is coming in and how much is going out and can DH's basic income cover it all.

Jackie, I'm sorry to hear that you had PUPPS confirmed, but I'm glad for an otherwise good appointment. Any time now could be baby time! Could you go ahead and have Zoe now so that I have some distraction from all this stress? Please. Tell her I said she should go ahead and come on out.

I really would love to give you a distraction Anna!!!
DH called me twice today asking if I was okay and telling me that it's okay if I go into labor right now. lol. I think a lot of people are eager to meet Zoe! I went through my hospital bag and Aiden's bag again tonight. Washing the clothes that my SIL gave me last weekend right now. Other than the infant seat not being installed (not a huge deal as easy as it is to install), we're ready! I keep telling Zoe everything is ready for her, so no reason to hold out!

Anybody want to feel better about their day? DH just had to dig up a dead stray cat that one of our dogs had killed and buried at the base of our lime tree. I discovered it when I went to water the tree and saw a weird mound of dirt and way too many flies...

DH explained it pretty well to Adair, but then she spent ten minutes begging to see it.

I know. Our yard is fenced but strays jump it occasionally, and one of our dogs is super territorial. We don't let her out unless we're home, but still. Ugh.

Eww. I has a similar incident when I was pg with Kole. A stray had somehow got into our yard and the dogs had killed it, but they just left it laying in the yard. I saw the poor body from the kitchen window in the morning, and since DH was out of town I had to clean it up myself. Not cool in your first tri. When I first read your post I was thinking 'at least they buried it' but then I'm not so sure that was a good thing considering the stink and flies if it's been there a few days because you didn't see it. Smart dogs though.

So. I put on Sesame Street for Lyla a few days ago and now she's loves it. She even asked for it tonight by pointing to the TV and asking for "Make a mess, cookie." There's a scene in the opening credits where the cookie monster eats a cookie and crumbs go flying everywhere. She also asked for monkey the other day after Curious George was on. Curious George let me clean the house this morning.

Yeah...apparently it was really well buried and hard to dig out, too. Explains why she's been acting so weird in the yard the past couple of days, though, and herding the other dog away from that area. Creepy!!

I have had to clean one up before too (not buried). But not in my 1st tri--YIKES!
