Kaci- Sweet Potato Fry Recipe

So, does this one really turn out crispy?! I love sweet potato fries but I have NEVER gotten them to turn out crispy. I hate soggy fries of any variety but especially sweet potato fries. I could never figure out how to get them to crisp up in the oven! I am heading to the grocery store in a little while and I do believe we will be trying sweet potato fries today or tomorrow.

Everyone else: Also, there are a couple other recipes on there that I am stoked to try out! Thanks for all the recipes, keep them coming!!!!

(a lot of my recipes are typed up on my other laptop so I need to work on getting them off soon but right now DH is out of town for a few days so I'm just going to work on keeping the household from falling to sh!t Smile )

I'm trying out yet another sweet potato fry recipe this coming week. If it's crispy (like I'm hoping) I'll share! Smile

Can we put a sticky on that thread so it doesn't get lost? Maybe bump the DITLO thread?

Christa, the only time they come out soggy is when I crowd the baking sheet. The less fries on the sheet, the crispier they turn out I think. They definitely are less crispy than if fried, but if you want healthier, there is your trade off. Wink I hope you like 'em!
