What do you do, or allow that you think others might frown upon?
For me, for starters:
Juliet is having pizza for supper. (McCain rising crust pepperoni) She also had peas and a pear.
Tuesday, I gave her a bit of chocolate. She LOVED it.
God gave Joseph his sister Juliet on November 19th, 2010.
Brookelyn has had all those, and has got into a bag of chips once and loved them too. She also climbs my stairs a million and one times a day.. I gave up on chasing her, but I do watch her go up them. I also let her eat off the floor, a little dirt will never hurt her. I am sure I could name more.. but right now I am off to bring her back downstairs for supper.
I see nothing wrong with that. Lyla has had pizza for her meals. It's one of the very few things she'll eat! I've also taken to buying Chefboyardee ravioli and spaghetti and feed that to her as her meal because she will actually eat it! I try to get a veggie in at every meal, but it doesn't always happen.
Aiden LOVES pizza. In fact he had pizza from McAllister's yesterday for lunch, frozen pizza for dinner last night, and leftover pizza for lunch today. I can put whatever I want on a pizza and Aiden will eat it, so usually I throw random vegetables he usually won't touch on it.
Anna, I bought chefboyardee ravioli for some of Aiden's lunches while we were gone.
I let Aiden play in his room by himself. As long as he's making noise, I don't worry about him. It's when he stops making noise that I go running.
Oh gosh, Seth would exist on only graham crackers and pizza if I let him. As is, he joins in whenever the older sisters are having it. He gets popcorn and hot dogs, too. I just balance it with him getting fruits and veggies at every applicable meal and I supervise and cut up the aforementioned foods
My DD lives on cheese. The only way to get her to eat anything else is to include cheese somehow. Needless to say, pizza is a big hit. I hail from the land of pizza though. If my kid didn't eat pizza my family would have her taken away from me.
I'm also unable to brush her teeth as much as I probably should. She has a lot of teeth.
That reminds me! I don't bother brushing teeth until they have about half a mouthful of them. Our family has really resilient, awesome teeth and its a battle I just don't relish fighting.
Plus, we still only have two here, so there ain't much to brush yet
