Lyla is down to one nap that last about an hour to an hour and a half.
Every time Aiden just does one nap he becomes meltdown baby before dinner, so we're still doing two naps. Longest he'll nap is an hour and a half, but definitely not consistent. Though maybe he would if we didn't have the cat. *sigh*

Teagan is solidly down to one nap per day. She naps from 12:30-2:30(ish) at daycare during the week. Weekends, she'll usually nap from 1-2(ish). There's clearly waaay too much fun going on at our house for more napping. She sleeps from 8pm-8am (with multiple make ups to nurse ... there is no STTN). On very rare occasions she'll go without a nap. No one is very happy when she does that.
The transition to one nap was not easy. It was kinda forced on us when she moved up to the one year old classroom. They'd let her nap whenever she wanted but she was on the cusp of transitioning anyway so we just toughed it out for about a month. She was always falling asleep in the car on the way to daycare and I had to "rough her up" a bit to get her to wake up. If I let her nap at daycare she'd want to nap again at 4 and then she wouldn't go to bed until like midnight. Nuh uh. Naps have always been weird for a little while when she's working on dropping one.
Lainey's still working on transitioning from 2 to 1. It really depends on when she gets up in the morning, and if she has to ride along to drop big sis off/pick up from preschool. That ride in the car tends to knock her out and throw the schedule off.
Odin been down to 1 nap since about 6 months. I think cause of the routine we have with the preschool kids during the week. Its usually about 2-3 hours around noon, unless he is on a sleep strike for some reason.
