Cute story i just remembered while tidying up. On Saturdays we get a treat, a littlecake or something and i go to a coffee shop and get a coffee, today because i am trying to cut down caffine intaje because of ttc i wasn't getting one, but as we walked past the arcade the coffee shop is in Ronin pulled my arm that direction, which was fine because it is a cut through to where i wanted to go anyway, then when we got to the coffee shop he pulled me to it and when i said no pulled his hand from mine and ran to a seat. I carried him out and explained no coffee today, we went back through there because it's a short cut and i wanted something in the grocery store and he did the same thing on the way back. Poor boy he must like his babycino with Mummy on Saturdays. He will miss out next week as well because we will be out of town for a birthday party
it was hot today!!! loved it. 40 degrees with the humidity (110)
I was watching a doomsday preppers show. I am in no way prepared if the world ends tomorrow. i don't think i would last very long
I won't ladt long either. When we had that big cyclone last year a good portion of my prep was i was a breastfeeding mother with a small baby, i'm first in line for emergency supplies or go to the hospital and they will take care of me
Janice, I've watched several episodes of that show and there's no way I'm ready for any kind of catastrophe!
Wendy, How cute! He likes his coffee date with mom! Is there something caffeine free you can get?
Yeah i can get decaf, but once we have another i will likely have to stop those treats with the added expenses. I only get them anyway if i have leftover money from my grocery and petrol budget. I guess i will just have to work to keep it going, thankfully this coffee shop does free babycinos with a coffee purchase
I know we wouldn't make it long in a catastrophe. DH is a type 1 diabetic, without insulin he wouldn't last long. Then I'd be alone trying to care for 2 (soon to be 3) kids. We have some minor disaster preparedness stuff, but not much.
