No worries. I didnt realize it was so close to the end!!

And yes, send all the relief vibes you've got this way. It's so hard to look after a LO when you're feeling like crap.

I wish I was closer. I'd come scoop little mister up and bring him home with me so you could rest. This is the hardest part of making online friends. I always want to be close enough to help out when I can, but alas, all I can offer is virtual hugs..........and lyrics to Bon Jovi songs, I mean, if you think that'll help.

Ya I like Jon Bon! LOL! He's sleeping now thankfully. I think I'm going to stop eating until I see the doctor, maybe I'll feel better. Any attempts at food seem to really set it off.

I've tried maalox but it didnt do anything. It's just horrible stomach pain and (TMI alert) diarrhea. It's been like this for almost 2 weeks now. I went to the doctor's on Monday and he said it was viral. My ***! It's been like this waaaaaaaay too long now. I get moments of feeling completely normal, then I eat something and it starts all over.

Any suggestions?

Maybe you're suddenly sensitive to something in your diet? Or a parasite/bad guy of some sort?

I know a friend of mine had issues like that suddenly and then found out that she's now intolerant of gluten.

I did a stool sample at the doctor's but wont get results for a week. He didnt seem to think it was a parasite. I'm not sure why.
I was thinking the gluten thing. I read online that apparently it can come on suddenly.

I was also thinking irritable bowel syndrome, but I just cant imagine it lasting this long.

And I certainly hope it's not crohns. DH has crohns and I know how unpleasant it can be. But it has crossed my mind.

I hope it's something simple for you. I've had 2 friends the past couple of years suddenly discover that they're celiac.

Oh I agree ibs is long term, but i wouldnt think one flare up would last this long. Seems like a long time no? 2 weeks? Maybe not.

Anyways, I'm off to bed. I should try to rest since I'll probably be waking up alot. Sigh.

Thanks for the suggestions and sympathy ladies. Night night!

have you tried this? it might give you some ideas. you click on a problem and it gives a flow chart of symptoms of what it could be. i don't know which one you would click on though since you have a couple symptoms

Ha! I did this earlier today. I think it pointed to the Celiac one. I'll have to redo it.

Oh, and 3 hours isn't that far considering the closest real city is 2 hours away. And I drove 15 hours straight to go home earlier this summer.

We're not allowed to cross the border into Mexico. Lots of shootings, kidnappings, drug deals, etc.

Mona, I'm going to have to go back to part 2 to find out what's going on with you, but I hope it's not serious. And I hope it's not Crohn's. I've 2 friends with that and I know it can be very serious.

The border is no place I'd ever want to go. It's scary down there and I don't scare easily. I don't want my head to end up in a bag.
