What's your favorite kitchen gadget? Do you love your mixer, your microwave, or your telephone for calling in take out?

My favorite kitchen gadget is definitely my KitchenAid mixer. It gets used a few times a week. I love making my own doughs for pizza, bread, whatever once I got one. It's a lot easier than hand kneading.
Oh, and it's bright red too. So pretty.

Although not much of a gadget per say, I love my fridge! It's stainless steel and has water and ice maker!! But it doesnt do much but hold food I guess.

So for a real gadgety gadget I'd have to say my slow cooker, though I dont use it enough. DH really likes the electric knives we have too since we eat turkey alot.

Oooh, that's tough. I'd have to say it's a tie between my KitchenAid mixer (mine's ugly yellow), my KitchenAid blender, or my Cuisinart emulsion blender. The mixer gets used maybe once per week but that thing can do ANYTHING so it's the ultimate in awesome gadgets. We use our KitchenAid blender every morning to make smoothies. The emulsion blender is our newest addition. The first time I made soup with it I nearly cried for joy.

I dont really have any cool gadgets. My kitchen appliance stash is neglected. I think I need to make some investments. I have always wanted a kitchenaid mixer. Right now I use a hand mixer that was my grandfathers. Which I love for sentimental value of course.

Erin, if I ever live someplace that has more kitchen storage an emersion blender is definitely on my list! I have a few saved recipes that I've never made but want to. I don't ever feel like taking out my blender and doing several batches that way.

I have a Cuisinart toaster/convection oven that we use at least 1x per day. I simply could not survive without it! I also just got an electric griddle that is great for pancakes, grilled cheeses, or quesadillas.

Our kitchen is tiny. The emulsion blender fits nicely in our silverware drawer. It's worth the small amount of space it takes up. Dooooo it!
